During our visit to the school, one child shared a story that deeply touched our hearts. ❤️

Her mother is living with kidney disease, and without access to clean drinking water, the family had to purchase water for their home. For a family facing financial difficulties, this became a significant burden.

Today, thanks to the water purification unit installed at the school, this child can drink clean, safe water at school and even take purified water home to share with her family. 💧

A simple gift of clean water is making a meaningful difference—not only for children, but for their families and communities.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who makes stories like this possible.

Empowering Christian Leaders to Make Christ Known

Once again, in partnership with Haggai International, a Tamil-language workshop in Haputale was conducted, equipping pastors and Christian leaders with practical insights, knowledge, and tools for effective evangelism.

Bringing Clean Drinking Water to Madawachchiya
Access to safe and purified drinking water has been a major challenge for communities in the Madawachchiya area, making it one of the key communities we are committed to serving through our water purification programme.
Together with AG Madawachchiya, DAI Lanka has launched this important water project to bring safe drinking water closer to the people who need it most.

What started years ago as a deep calling in the heart of our ministry director has now become a reality. With the invaluable guidance and insight of Dr. Paul Borthwick, we were blessed to launch DAI Lanka’s very first Burnout Workshop for ministry leaders two weeks ago.

It was a meaningful time of reflection, where each participant began taking intentional steps to guard their hearts and nurture both spiritual and physical well-being—so they can continue serving God’s Kingdom with renewed strength.
