Ride for Ceylon cycle across Sri Lanka as a symbol of healing, restoration and hope for this island nation. WHAT CAUSES THE ORGANISATION SUPPORTS
The non-profit organisation was established to support the medical infrastructure in Sri Lanka, bridge the North-South divide and promote Tourism. In addition to our primary goal, Ride for Ceylon assisted in providin
g food ration parcels and water to those families worst hit during the peak of the Covid crisis in Sri Lanka in 2020/21. OUR GOALS AND HOW WE PLAN TO ACHIEVE THEM
Fundraising is achieved through an annual cycle ride. Cyclists from around the world descend on Sri Lanka for this 4 day sponsored bike ride. Each participant collects funds through donation and sponsorship. The charity also frequently promotes our aims through newspaper articles and radio broadcasts.
