The Rotarians of Colombo North, their families and friends gathered last afternoon at the Home of Compassion Mahawatta to bring a smile to the 60 elders and the staff during this time of year. The home of compassion is one of our oldest RCCN Projects (which began in 1971) and celebrates 54 years of service and 20 years of organising their Christmas Party. To help the destitute is truly worthy and once again thank you to PP Rtn. Shewantha Rodrigo for organizing the event, to Dion and Eshantha De Andrado for joining us this year and to all those who supported and helped to make it a memorable one.

This year’s event was dedicated to the Late PP Dulip Jayamaha, who was a major donor/supporter of this project.

RCCN President Ranjani visited the Rotaract Flood Relief Center this evening. The final truck load was sent off to Gampola to complete a week of collecting and dispatching relief donations in the wake of the recent natural disaster.

RCCN welcomed DG Delvin Pereira and team for the club DGOV on 25th Nov 2025 at Ramada Hotel coinciding with the club’s Charter Week. The Club members including the Board and the sponsoring Rotaract and Interact clubs were well represented.
