🥋 පෙන්කැක් සිලාට් ක්‍රීඩාවේ තරග අංශ (Styles of Pencak Silat)

1. TANDING (ටැන්ඩිං)

සටන් තරග අංශය

ක්‍රීඩකයන් දෙදෙනෙකු නියමිත නීති සහ ආරක්ෂක උපකරණ යටතේ සෘජුව තරග කරන අංශයයි. පහර දීම, පහර වළක්වා ගැනීම, ආරක්ෂාව සහ ප්‍රතිවාදියා බිම හෙළීම වැනි ශිල්පීය ක්‍රම මෙහිදී භාවිත වේ.

2. REGU (රෙගු)

කණ්ඩායම් ශිල්පීය ඉදිරිපත් කිරීම

ක්‍රීඩකයන් තිදෙනෙකු සාම්ප්‍රදායික පෙන්කැක් සිලාට් ශිල්පීය ක්‍රම එකම රිද්මයකින් සහ සමාන සම්බන්ධීකරණයකින් ඉදිරිපත් කරන අංශයයි.

3. GANDA (ගන්ඩා)

යුගල සටන් නිරූපණය

ක්‍රීඩකයන් දෙදෙනෙකු සැලසුම් කළ ප්‍රහාර, ප්‍රතිප්‍රහාර, ආරක්ෂක ක්‍රම සහ සටන් චලන එකිනෙකාට ප්‍රතිචාර දක්වමින් ඉදිරිපත් කරයි. මෙය සැබෑ Tanding තරගයකට වඩා සැලසුම් කළ ශිල්පීය ඉදිරිපත් කිරීමකි.

4. TUNGGAL (තුංගල්)

තනි පුද්ගල සාම්ප්‍රදායික ඉදිරිපත් කිරීම

එක් ක්‍රීඩකයෙකු නියමිත ශිල්පීය අනුපිළිවෙළක් අනුව නිරායුධ සහ සම්ප්‍රදායික ආයුධ සහිත චලන ඇතුළත් ඉදිරිපත් කිරීමක් සිදු කරයි.

5. SOLO (සෝලෝ)

තනි පුද්ගල නිර්මාණාත්මක ඉදිරිපත් කිරීම

Solo යන නාමය සමහර තරග ආකෘතිවල තනි පුද්ගල ශිල්පීය ඉදිරිපත් කිරීම් සඳහා භාවිත වේ. නමුත් නිල වශයෙන් එය Tunggal අංශයෙන් වෙනස්ද යන්න තරගාවලියේ නීති මත රඳා පවතී.

පෙන්කැක් සිලාට් (Pencak Silat) යනු අග්නිදිග ආසියානු කලාපයෙන් ආරම්භ වූ සාම්ප්‍රදායික සටන් කලාවක් වන අතර, අද වන විට ජාත්‍යන්තර මට්ටමින් තරගකාරී ක්‍රීඩාවක් ලෙස ද ව්‍යාප්ත වී ඇත. විශේෂයෙන් ඉන්දුනීසියාව, මැලේසියාව, බෲනායි සහ සිංගප්පූරුව වැනි රටවල් සමඟ මෙම සටන් කලාවට සමීප ඓතිහාසික හා සංස්කෘතික සම්බන්ධතාවක් පවතී.

මෙම ක්‍රීඩාව තුළ වේගවත් පාද චලන, පහර දීමේ ක්‍රම, පහරවල් වළක්වා ගැනීම, ප්‍රතිවාදියාගේ සමබරතාව බිඳ දැමීම සහ ප්‍රතිවාදියා බිම හෙළීම වැනි ශිල්පීය ක්‍රම ඇතුළත් වේ. තරග නියමයන්ට අනුව ක්‍රීඩකයන් තම කුසලතා, තාක්ෂණික හැකියාව, වේගය සහ උපක්‍රම භාවිත කරමින් තරග කරති.

# # # 🏆 පෙන්කැක් සිලාට් ක්‍රීඩාවේ ප්‍රධාන අංශ

🔹 **Tanding (ටැන්ඩිං)** – ක්‍රීඩකයන් දෙදෙනෙකු නියමිත නීති හා ආරක්ෂක උපකරණ යටතේ සටන් කරන තරග අංශයයි.

🔹 **Seni (සේනි)** – සටන් කලාවේ ශිල්පීය චලන, සමබරතාව, රිද්මය සහ කලාත්මක ඉදිරිපත් කිරීම ප්‍රදර්ශනය කරන අංශයයි. මෙහි තනි පුද්ගල, යුගල සහ කණ්ඩායම් ඉදිරිපත් කිරීම් ඇතුළත් විය හැකිය.

# # # 💪 මෙම ක්‍රීඩාවෙන් ලැබෙන ප්‍රයෝජන

- ශාරීරික ශක්තිය, නම්‍යශීලීභාවය සහ ශරීර සමබරතාව වර්ධනය කරයි.
- වේගවත් ප්‍රතිචාර දැක්වීමේ හැකියාව සහ සම්බන්ධීකරණය වැඩි දියුණු කරයි.
- විනය, ඉවසීම, ආත්ම විශ්වාසය සහ මානසික ඒකාග්‍රතාව ගොඩනඟයි.
- ආත්මාරක්ෂාව පිළිබඳ දැනුම සහ වගකීමෙන් ක්‍රියා කිරීමේ හැකියාව වර්ධනය කරයි.
- විවිධ සංස්කෘතීන් හා රටවල් අතර මිත්‍රත්වය සහ ක්‍රීඩාශීලීත්වය ප්‍රවර්ධනය කරයි.

# # # 🌏 ජාත්‍යන්තර ක්‍රීඩාවක් ලෙස පෙන්කැක් සිලාට්

1980 මාර්තු 11 වන දින ජකර්තා නගරයේදී ජාත්‍යන්තර පෙන්කැක් සිලාට් සම්මේලනය (PERSILAT) පිහිටුවනු ලැබීය. 1987 දී අග්නිදිග ආසියානු ක්‍රීඩා උළෙලටත්, 2018 දී ආසියානු ක්‍රීඩා උළෙලටත් මෙම ක්‍රීඩාව ඇතුළත් වීම එහි ජාත්‍යන්තර වර්ධනයේ වැදගත් සන්ධිස්ථාන වේ. 2019 දී පෙන්කැක් සිලාට් සම්ප්‍රදාය යුනෙස්කෝවේ අස්පෘශ්‍ය සංස්කෘතික උරුම ලැයිස්තුවට ද ඇතුළත් විය.

# # # 🇱🇰 ශ්‍රී ලංකාවට පෙන්කැක් සිලාට්

ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ ක්‍රීඩා ක්ෂේත්‍රයට පෙන්කැක් සිලාට් හඳුන්වා දීම සහ එය ව්‍යාප්ත කිරීම තුළින් නව ක්‍රීඩා අවස්ථා රැසක් නිර්මාණය කළ හැකිය. විශේෂයෙන් තරුණ තරුණියන්ට ජාත්‍යන්තර මට්ටමේ සටන් ක්‍රීඩාවක් හඳුනා ගැනීමටත්, පුහුණුව ලබා ගැනීමටත්, අනාගතයේදී ජාත්‍යන්තර තරග සඳහා යොමු වීමටත් අවස්ථා සැලසිය හැකිය.
