✨ 2nd AGM & Get-Together 2025 – A Proud & Memorable Gathering ✨
The Richmond College Group of ’97 Colombo Association successfully concluded its 2nd Annual General Meeting & Get-Together 2025, marking another significant milestone in our collective journey.
The evening was truly enriched by the participation of 100 attendees, comprising 32 Richmond ’97 members and 16 families, whose presence added warmth, vibrancy, and a strong sense of togetherness. The enthusiastic involvement of our families once again highlighted that the Richmond spirit extends well beyond classmates to our loved ones.
With an atmosphere filled with laughter, fellowship, reflection, and renewed purpose, the gathering provided an opportunity to look back with pride on our achievements and step forward with unity and commitment for the future.
We extend our heartfelt appreciation to the outgoing office bearers, with special thanks to President Mr. Lakmal Dharmarathne, for his dedicated leadership, commitment, and invaluable service to the association.
At the same time, we warmly welcome the newly elected office bearers and wish them every success in their new roles:
• President – Mr. Harsha Weerasekera
• Secretary – Mr. Pamila Asanka
• Treasurer – Mr. Chatura Dharmasiri
along with all other newly appointed office bearers. We are confident that the new committee will continue to strengthen the association and carry the Richmond spirit forward with purpose and unity.
A special word of thanks goes to the organising committee and everyone who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure the smooth conduct of both the AGM and the get-together.
As Richmond men and families, we move forward stronger together, guided by friendship, loyalty, and purpose.
