ARE WE DESIGNING FOR THE BIN ! By Śhrī Amarasinghe’s article brings my memory … how I went every morning to collect used Milo cups from little Star restaurant in mount lavinia to plant 150 curry leaf plants as giveaway for a blood donation camp at Maharagama Cancer Hospital.
Customers saw me putting my hands into the bins (with gloves) sometimes bi would ask the customers to give me the cups once they finish drinking before it goes in the bin. . I can hear the staff saying in sinhala ‘ pav ane ‘
Let us be Resourceful. We don’t need to alway buy new items to creat somethings.
