MH-Foundation: what exactly do we do?
MH-Foundation was founded with the goal of getting the situation of street animals (dogs and cats) under control, improving the lives of the animals, vaccinating the animals (so that they are not a public health hazard) and educating people (starting with the youngest ones) on how to deal with those street animals. Which can even lead to a lifelong companion!
1 of the things we do is vaccinate and sterilize the animals. Together with our partner PetVet Clinic.
We also provide coloring contests at schools in combination with a piece of education given by a veterinarian from PetVet.
The coloring contests contain coloring pages with a story. Each coloring page tells its own story. All seen from the point of view of Ayden. The German Shepherd of the founder of the MH-Foundation.
Together with Sabine Grooters we create these educational coloring pages.
Local governments are now increasingly asking us to do one or more projects (or a combination) in their municipality as well. On day 1 a school project and the next day the vaccination and sterilization of these street animals.
It is allowed to dream big:
MH-Foundation has set a goal, in addition to vaccinating and sterilizing these animals on the streets, to start opening several MH-Foundation Animal Care& Shelters.
Each Animal Care& Shelter is to include the following:
Veterinary practice.
Operating rooms.
Animal ambulances.
Schooling rooms.
Shelters.
Playing field.
Play pen.
Training area.
Staff quarters.
