කාරුණික දැනුම් දීමයි. !!!
ලෝක සම්මත නීතියේ හැටියට, යම් පුද්ගලයෙක් මනෝ උපදේශනයෙහි යෙදෙන්නේ නම් ඔහුට හෝ ඇයට ඒ සඳහා බලපත්රයක් තිබිය යුතුය.
එය එසේ වන්නේ සේවා ලාභියා විසින්, තමාට වූ අකටයුත්තක් හෝ ගැටලුවක් පිළිබඳ නීතිමය සහය පැතුවහොත්, මනෝ උපදේශකවරයා හෝ වරිය එම සේවාව ලබා දෙනුයේ යම් ආයතනයක නියාමනයක් යටතේ සුදුසුකම් ඇතිව බව ඔප්පු කළ යුතුය. (බලපත්ර ලබාදීමේදී අදාළ ආයතනය මගින් වාර්ෂිකව නව දැනුම ප්රවර්ධනය කිරීමත්, උපදේශකවරයා හෝ වරිය "උපදේශන ආචාර ධර්ම පද්ධතියක් ඔස්සේ" නියාමනය කිරීම ද සිදු කෙරේ.) බලපත්රයක් නිකුත් කරනුයේ එම කටයුත්තට පක්ෂපාතීව කටයුතු කරන අය සඳහා පමණි.
එවැනි බැරෑරුම් භයානක වගකීමක් ගෙන ලංකාවේ එවැනි බලපත්රයක් නිකුත් කරනු ලබන්නේ අපගේ ආයතනය පමණි.
අප ආයතනයෙහි මනෝ උපදේශක සාමාජික බලපත්ර ලබාගත් සියලුම දෙනාද මෙම කොන්දේසියට යටත්ව බලපත්ර ඉල්ලුම් කර එය ලබාගෙන ඇත.
එහෙත් බොහෝ අය බලපත්ර ලබා ගැනීමෙන් අනතුරුව මෙම වාර්ෂික රැස්වීම සඳහා සහභාගී නොවන නිසා 2025 වසරේ සැප්තැම්බර් මස 20 වන දින සිට ක්රියාත්මක වන පරිදි, නොකඩවා වසර දෙකක් එක දිගට වාර්ෂික සම්මන්ත්රණය සඳහා සහභාගී නොවූ අයගේ බලපත්ර අලුත් කිරීමක් සිදු නොවන බව කාරණයකව සලකන්න.
මෙහිදී අප විසින් තේරුම් ගනු ලබන්නේ මෙවැනි වාර්ෂික වැඩසටහන් සඳහා සහභාගි නොවනුයේ ඔහු හෝ ඇය තවදුරටත් උපදේශනයෙහි නොයෙදෙන නිසා බවයි. මෙවැනි නීති ක්රියාත්මක වනුයේ සේවා ලාභියාට විය හැකි අකටයුතුකම් හෝ අසාධාරණකම් මගහැරීමට පමණක් නොව උපදේශකවරයාට හෝ වරියට විය හැකි නීතිමය ගැටලු මගහැරීම සඳහා සහ අප ආයතනයේ ආරක්ෂාව සහ ගෞරවයෙ රැක ගැනීම පිණිස බව කාරුණිකව සලකන්න.
මෙය හදිසියේ ගනු ලැබූ තීරණයක් නොවේ. 2024 වසරේ නොවැම්බර් මස සිට බලපත්ර වෙනුවෙන් අප කාර්යාලය වෙත දුරකථන ඇමතුම් ලබා දුන් සියලුම අයහට, එසේ නොබෝ දිනකින් ආයතනයෙන් පිටස්තර අයහට බලපත්ර නිකුත් කිරීම ඉක්මණින් තාවකාලිකව අත්හිටුවන බව දැනුම් දී ඇත.
මේ අනුව 2025 නොවැම්බර් මස 20 වන දිනෙන් පසු GIOCP ආයතනය තුල අදාළ සුදුසුකම් සපුරන ශිෂ්යයෙක් හෝ ශිෂ්යාවකට හැර වෙනත් අයහට GIOCP මනෝ උපදේශක සාමාජික බලපත්ර නිකුත් කිරීම ද තාවකාලිකව අත්හිටුවෙන බව කරුණිකව සලකන්න.

According to international law, if a person engages in psychological counseling, he or she must have a license for that purpose.
This is because if the client seeks legal assistance for a wrongdoing or problem that has befallen him or her, the psychological counselor must prove that the service is provided with qualifications under the regulation of a certain institution. (When granting licenses, the relevant institution promotes new knowledge annually and regulates the counselor through a "counseling code of ethics".) A license is issued only to those who are loyal to that work.
Our institution is the only one in Sri Lanka that issues such a license with such a serious and dangerous responsibility.
All those who have obtained psychological counseling member licenses at our institution have also applied for and obtained licenses subject to this condition.
However, since many people do not attend this annual meeting after obtaining their licenses, it is important to note that, effective September 20, 2025, those who have not attended the annual conference for two consecutive years will not have their licenses renewed.
Here, we understand that the reason why he or she does not attend such annual programs is because he or she is no longer engaged in counseling. Please note that such rules are implemented not only to avoid possible malpractice or injustice to the client, but also to avoid possible legal problems for the counselor or counselors and to protect the safety and honor of our institution.
This is not a sudden decision. All those who have called our office for licenses since November 2024 have been informed that the issuance of licenses to outsiders will be temporarily suspended soon.
Accordingly, please note that after November 20, 2025, the issuance of GIOCP Counselor Membership Licenses to persons other than a student who meets the relevant qualifications within the GIOCP Institute will also be temporarily suspended.
