මෙම සමාජ කතිකාව සකස් කිරීමෙන් අපි බලාපොරොත්තු වෙන වෙනස පදනම් මත වෙනවා. සමාජ කතිකාවට දායක වුන විට අපි වෙනසට හැඩ ගැහෙනවා මෙන්ම ඒ වෙනස නිර්මාණය කිරීමේ කොටස් කරුවෝ වෙනවා.

මේ සංවාද සිදුවන්න සෑම රාජ්‍ය අංශයේ සේවා ස්ථානයකම ඇති 'සේවා ස්ථාන සංසද' (Workplace Harassment) වලදියි. මේ සංසද වලදී, සාමුහිකව විසදුම් සකස් කිරීම සදහා කළමනාකාරිත්වය සහ සේවකයින් හමුවී සාකච්ඡා කරනවා.

ஓன்றாக இணைந்து மாற்றத்தை உருவாக்குவோம் என்பது வெறும் தலைப்பு அல்ல. அது ஒரு அழைப்பு.

ஓவ்வொரு அரசதுறை பணியிடத்தலும் அமையும் பணியிட மன்றங்கள் (Workplace Forum) இதற்கான களம். இங்கே நிர்வாகமும் பணியாளர்களும் இணைந்து கலந்தாலோசித்து, கூட்டாக, பால்நிலை பாகுபாடு இல்லாத தீர்வுகளை உருவாக்குகிறார்கள். இங்கு மாற்றம் வெறுமனே அறிவிக்கப்படவில்லை, சமூக கலந்துரையாடல் மூலம் ஒன்றா வடிவமைக்கப்படுகிறது.

Advancing disability inclusion is central to International Labour Organization commitment to promoting social justice and decent work for all.

More inclusive communities begin when institutions are better equipped to recognize and address the barriers faced by persons with disabilities. Through the Disability Equity Training (DET), representatives from Organizations of Persons with Disabilities and the Department of Social Services in Sri Lanka’s Northern Province strengthened their ability to apply equity-focused approaches and promote inclusive practices within their work.

Aligned with the PAVE Project funded by the Government of Norway Norwegian Embassy in New Delhi, these strengthened practices support more responsive services and policies, enabling greater participation of persons with disabilities in social and economic life across the Northern Province.

ஆதங்கம் கூட ஆக்கபூர்வமான தீர்வாக மாற்றும் சக்தி பேச்சுவார்த்தைக்கு உண்டு. அந்த மாற்றத்தை உருவாக்குவனதான் பணியிட மன்றங்கள் (Workplace Forums). பொதுத்துறையில் நிர்வாகமும் பணியாளர்களும் தொடர்ச்சியாக கலந்துரையாடும் ஒரு தளம் இது.

இது பிரச்சனைகள் ஆரம்பத்திலேயே கண்டறிந்து தீர்க்கவும், கருத்துக்களைப் பரிமாறிக் கொள்ளவும், தேவையற்ற மோதல்களைத் தவிர்க்கவும், இறுதியில் சேவை வழங்கலை மேம்படுத்தவும் உதவுகிறது.

ඕනෑම කලකිරීමකට විසඳුමක් සොයා ගත හැක්කේ, අපි එකිනෙකා අදහස් හුවමාරුකරගත් විටයි. සේවා ස්ථාන සංසද (Workplace Forums) මඟින් ළඟාකරගන්න බලාපොරොත්තු වෙන වෙනසත් මෙයයි. අදහස්, අදහස් විදිහටම තියාගන්නේ නැතුව, ඒවා සාර්ථකද නැත්ද යන්න, මේ හරහා හඳුනාගන්නවා.

රාජ්‍ය අංශයේ කළමනාකාරීත්වය සහ සේවකයින් අතර විධිමත් සංවාද සඳහා අවකාශයක් ලබාදෙමින්, ගැටළු කල්තියා හඳුනාගෙන විසඳීමට, අදහස් බෙදා ගැනීමට, ගැටුම් අවම කිරීමට සහ අවසානයේ මහජන සේවා සැපයීම වැඩිදියුණු කිරීමට අවශ්‍ය පසුබිම සේවා ස්ථාන සංසද සකස් කරනු ලබනවා.
