This Union dedicated to the advancement of the professional rights of field assistants as well as in the banking sector Development Bank Field Assistant Union is a trade union registered under Section 10 of the Trade Union Ordinance, on 29th April 2022 under Registration No. 9624. Before being registered as a trade union, we were run as a welfare union for many years, and because of the needs felt
there, we were registered and settled as a recognized trade union. Tharindu Madushanka is the current president and Mr.Tanuja S. Nalaka Hettiarachchi is working as treasurer. And in the future, it is our expectation to continue as a strong union by recruiting field assistants from all banks in Sri Lanka.

සංවර්ධන බැංකු ක්ෂේත්ර සහයක සංගමය 2022 අප්රේල් 29 වන දින වෘත්තීය සමිති ආඥා පනතේ 10 වෙනි වගන්තිය යටතේ ලියාපදිංචි අංක 9624 යටතේ ලියාපදිංචි වෘත්තීය සංගමයකි.
වෘත්තීය සංගමයක් ලෙස ලියාපදිංචි කිරීමට ප්රථම අප වසර ගණනාවක් සුබසාධක සංගමයක් ලෙස පවත්වාගෙන යනු ලැබූ අතර එහිදී දැනුන අවශ්යතාවයන් නිසා පිළිගත් වෘත්තීය සමිතියක් ලෙස ලියා පදිංචි කරන ලදී.
මෙහි වර්තමාන සභාපති වරයා ලෙස තරිඳු මදුශංක මහතාද, ලේකම්වරයා ලෙස තනුජ එස්. කුලසූරිය මහතාද, භාණ්ඩාගාරික ලෙස නාලක හෙට්ටිආරච්චි මහතාද කටයුතු කරයි.
තවද ඉදිරියේදී ලංකාවේ සියළුම බැංකු වල ක්ෂේත්ර සහයකයින් බඳවා ගනිමින් ශක්තිමත් වෘත්තීය සංගමයක් ලෙස ඉදිරියට යාම අපගේ අපේක්ෂාවයි.
