Our energetic and highly motivated team of young professionals will guide and drive the projects of YFDJ with the assistance of island-wide network of project coordinators and field coordinators in addition to volunteers to ensure that the objectives of the organization are met with and fulfilled. The objective of the establishment of this organization is to promote Democracy and Justice which is
not limited to rule of law and governance. Organization is of the view that a truly democratic society should reflect equal rights as well as equal distribution of opportunities and essentials. However due to highly politicized environment in certain areas in addition to technical and geographical issues in Sri Lanka YFDJ has understood that such commodities don’t reach most of the vulnerable groups in rural areas. Therefore YFDJ is conducting projects mostly in rural areas to reach the grassroots to ensure equal distribution of essentials as well as awareness programmes relating to basics of rule of law & economic literacy to the needy people. YFDJ as a Nongovernmental social welfare organization in Sri Lanka shall adopt various programs and projects to promote;
