Did you know you have a right to stay in your home? 🏠

Many elders feel they must move out once they transfer their property to their children. Under the law, you can include a "Life Interest" clause in a deed of gift. This legally guarantees your right to live in and use the property for the rest of your life. No one can ask you to leave.

ව්‍යාපෘති යෝජනා ලබාදුන් කාල සීමාව සිට මාස 02 කට ආසන්න කාලයක් මෙම ව්‍යාපෘති ක්‍රියාත්මක කිරීම සිදු වූ අතර ප්‍රථම,දෙවන සහ තෙවන ස්ථාන ලෙස ව්‍යාපෘති සඳහා ඇගයීමද සාර්ථකව නිම විය.
