අපගේ මොළයේ ගැඹුරුම තරංග සහ උපවිඥානය අවදි කිරීමේ සුවිශේෂී හැකියාවක් අපගේ පාරම්පරික හෙළ නාද රටාවන්ට පවතී. මෙය සාමාන්‍ය රසවින්දනයෙන් එහා ගිය, මානව මනසේ ගැඹුරු ස්නායුක ජාලයන් සුවපත් කරන සුවිශේෂී විද්‍යාත්මක ක්‍රියාදාමයකි.

What an incredible wrap-up to the weekend! Husma 9 - Session III brought together our vibrant youth and young adults for a truly powerful experience at Thisogama Temple.

Navigating the transition into adulthood, careers, and big life decisions requires immense mental clarity. Through advanced music therapy, deep mind relaxation techniques, and motivational guidance, this session was entirely focused on unlocking inner drive, managing adulting stress, and building unshakable focus.

🎵🧠 Empowering the next generation to find their rhythm and focus! 🧠🎵

Following the amazing energy of our kids' session, the Ceylon Music Therapy Association (CMTA) was thrilled to host Husma 9 - Session II—dedicated entirely to our teens!

Navigating the teenage years can bring a lot of pressure, from exams to everyday life. In this session, we focused on using music therapy and deep relaxation techniques to help these bright young minds manage stress, build mental resilience, and unlock their true potential.

A huge shoutout to the incredible youth who participated, and our dedicated partners for making this safe space a reality:
