INTRODUCTION
‘Sarasavi Mithuro’ of Bomiriya Central College (BCC), the society of Graduates and Undergraduates of BCC, proposed to implement a scholarship programme for current A/L student in the BCC. A Scholarship Committee has also been appointed during its Annual General Meeting held on 25th March 2017 with the primary task to commence the ‘Sarasavi Athwela’ scholarship programme.

Facilitate the college to generate the highest number of University students from Sri Jayewardenepura Educational zone
3. To provide economic relief for the needy students who have been affected by poverty, but have demonstrated satisfactory academic performance and commitment.

5. SCHOLARSHIP TYPES
1. Merit scholarships (for the students who has passed O/L exam with outstanding results)
2. Academic scholarships (for the students who are suffering from financial difficulties)
6. SELECTION PANEL
The Selection Panel is a four (4) member panel, appointed by the Principal.
7. SELECTION CRITERIA
Prior academic performance (i.e. O/L results and A/L term test results), financial need, character and motivation.
8. CONTRIBUTION
• Merit Scholarships – Rs 3,000 per month (Rs 72,000 for two years)
• Academic Scholarships – Rs 1,500 per month (Rs 36,000 for two years)
You may sponsor a scholarship in fully or partially and also complete the donation in any number of instalments as you wish.
9. TITLE
Sponsors can sponsor for the scholarships in reminiscence/honorary of loved ones as they preferred. The scholarship(s) can be specifically named to indicate such preference(s).

බෝමිරිය මධ්ය මහා විද්යාලයේ ආදි ශිෂ්ය උපාධිධාරීන්ගේ සහ සරසවි සිසුන්ගේ එකමුතුව, 'සරසවි මිතුරෝ' විසින් විද්යාලයේ උසස් පෙළ සිසුන් සදහා සදහා ශිෂ්යත්ව වැඩසටහනක් ක්රියාත්මක කිරීමට යෝජනා කරන ලදී. ඒ අනුව 2017 මාර්තු මස 25 වන දින පැවැත්වූ සංගමයේ වාර්ෂික මහා සභා රැස්වීමේදී 'සරසවි අත්වැල' ශිෂ්යත්ව වැඩසටහන පවත්වාගෙන යැම සදහා ශිෂ්යත්ව කමිටුවක් පත් කරන ලදි.

අප පාසල, ශ්රි ජයවර්ධනපුර අධ්යාපන කලාපයෙන් වැඩිම විශ්වවිද්යාල සිසුන් විශාල පිරිසක් බිහිකරන පාසල බවට පත් කිරිම.
3. මෙහෙවර
• දිළිඳුකම නිසාවෙන් පීඩාවට පත්ව ඇති, නමුත් සතුටුදායක අධ්යයන කාර්ය සාධනයක් සහ කැපවීමක් ඇති සිසුන් සඳහා සහන සැලසිම.
• ශ්රි ජයවර්ධනපුර අධ්යාපන කලාපයෙන් විශ්වවිද්යාල අධ්යාපනය සඳහා ඇතුලත් වීමට සුදුසුකම් ලබන වැඩිම සිසුන් පිරිසක් බිහිකිරිම පාසල බවට පත් කිරිම.

ඔබට පූර්ණ ශිෂ්යත්වයක් සදහා හෝ ඉන් කොටසකට පමණක් අනුග්රහකත්වය දැක්විය හැකිය. එමෙන්ම එම අනුග්රහකත්වය ඔබ කැමති පරිදි ඕනෑම වාරික ගණනකින් ලබාදිය හැකිය.
