• To promote a caring safe environment that encourages a sense of belonging with an emphasis on dignity and tolerance.
• To encourage social justice strategies that overcome youth cultural and social barriers and prejudices.
• To provide effective strategies which improve the quality of life for youth.
• To develop, promote and deliver professional programs which empower young people to reach their full potential.
