A year of dedication, service, growth, and remarkable achievements came to a meaningful close as the Rotaract Club of Batticaloa successfully conducted its 1st Official Transition Meeting for RI Year 2026–27 on Sunday, 28 June 2026, at ICBT Batticaloa Campus.

The transition marked the completion of the club’s journey under the theme “One Voice, One Vision” and the beginning of a new chapter guided by “Leading with Heart, Serving with Pride.” 💜

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to Rtn. Rtr. David Shiyam K. for his inspiring leadership, unwavering commitment, and dedicated service during RI Year 2025–26.

We also warmly welcome Rtn. Rtr. Aishwarya Rudra as she takes the helm and leads the club into a promising new chapter for RI Year 2026–27.

The meeting officially handed over leadership, responsibilities, knowledge, and the club’s vision to the incoming team while celebrating the achievements and valuable contributions of the outgoing leadership.

As one chapter closes and another begins, we move forward together, empowering youth, serving communities, building leaders, strengthening networks, and creating lasting impact.

For the second consecutive year, we are returning with greater energy, stronger commitment and many more volunteers, along with an environmental awareness session to educate the community on responsible waste disposal, plastic pollution and protecting our lagoon.
