On the 13th of June, the Education Incentive Association (EIA) provided a valuable platform for EIA Pre-University members to participate in the 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐞 conducted by 𝐌𝐫. 𝐕. 𝐄. 𝐃𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐧 (𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫 – 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭). The program took place at 𝐀𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐮𝐦, 𝐒𝐭.𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐞𝐥’𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞, 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐚.

We are truly honoured by the presence and contribution of 𝐃𝐫. 𝐆. 𝐑𝐚𝐣𝐞𝐞𝐯𝐚𝐧 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐬 (Consultant Cardiologist, Teaching Hospital Batticaloa & Senior Lecturer in Medicine, Faculty of Health-Care Sciences, Eastern University), who contributed immensely to this program by enlightening our members on social health, leadership qualities and the importance of emotional intelligence, community responsibility, and ethical decision-making. They also shared inspiring real-life experiences and provided motivational guidance that encouraged our members to become socially conscious and responsible leaders.

It is remarkable that 𝟒𝟕 EIA Pre-University members participated in this Leadership Development Program.

Lunch and refreshments were provided to the participants. Members engaged in a variety of interactive activities, including teamwork and problem-solving exercises.📈🔭

Education Incentive Association ( EIA ) conducted a 𝑷𝒉𝒚𝒔𝒊𝒄𝒔 𝑷𝒓𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝑾𝒐𝒓𝒌𝒔𝒉𝒐𝒑 for 2026 A/L Bio & Maths stream students, on the 26th and 27th of May 2026 at 𝐁𝐭/𝐒𝐭.𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐞𝐥'𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥

We demonstrated the practicals with the laboratory equipments, where the students were able to gain visual and practical knowledge to improve their academic performance in the Physics subject.

It is remarkable that more than 𝟖𝟎𝟎 students from below mentioned schools, participated in our workshop.
