ICMPD (International Centre for Migration Policy Development) நிறுவனத்தின் நிதி அனுசரணையில் எமது Lift Ngo நிறுவனத்தினால் முறையானதும், பாதுகாப்பானதுமான புலம்பெயர்வை ஊக்குவிக்கவும், முறையற்ற புலம்பெயர்வினால் ஏற்படும் பாதிப்புகள் பற்றிய விழிப்புணர்வை ஏற்படுத்தவும் வீதி நாடகங்கள் நடாத்தப்பட்டன.
மட்டக்களப்பு மாவட்ட செயலகத்தின் ஒருங்கிணைப்பில், செங்கலடி, ஏறாவூர், மட்டக்களப்பு, காத்தான்குடி, ஆரையம்பதி மற்றும் களுவாஞ்சிக்குடி பிரதேச செயலாளர் பிரிவுகளில் பொதுமக்கள் கூடும் இடங்களான சந்தைகள். பஸ்தரிப்பு நிலையங்கள், விளையாட்டு மைதானங்கள், பூங்காக்கள், கடற்கரைகள் மற்றும் சில தொழில்நுட்பக் கல்லூரிகளிலும் மொத்தமாக 24 விழிப்புணர்வு வீதிநாடகங்கள் நிகழ்த்தப்பட்டதுடன், பொதுமக்கள் மத்தியில் துண்டுப்பிரசுரங்களும் விநியோகிக்கப்பட்டன.
இதில் இரண்டு வீதிநாடகங்கள் 05-03-2025 அன்று மண்முனை வடக்கு பிரதேச செயலகத்திலும், மட்க்களப்பு மாவட்ட செயலகத்திலும் நிகழ்த்தப்பட்டன.
Street Dramas Promoting Safe Migration

With financial support from ICMPD (International Centre for Migration Policy Development), our LIFT NGO, conducted street dramas to promote proper and safe migration and to raise awareness about the consequences of irregular migration.
In coordination with the Batticaloa District Secretariat, a total of 24 awareness street dramas were performed in public gathering places such as markets, bus stands, sports grounds, parks, beaches, and some technical colleges across the Divisional Secretariat areas of Chenkalady, Eravur, Batticaloa, Kattankudy, Ariyampathy, and Kaluwanchikudy. Pamphlets were also distributed to the public.
Additionally, two street dramas were conducted on March 5, 2025, at the Manmunai North Divisional Secretariat and the Batticaloa District Secretariat.
