“සහෘද – හදවතින් හදවතට” 💛

Our Lions Club Kurunegala ApexRoar proudly carried out the “සහෘද – හදවතින් හදවතට” initiative during the annual Theru Perahera at Sri Muthu Amman Kovil, Wilgoda.
Hundreds of devotees and visitors received food parcels as part of this meaningful community service, reflecting the spirit of compassion and care.
This project truly embodies the Lions Club motto: “We Serve – from Heart to Heart”, strengthening bonds within the community and spreading kindness.

GOVERNOR’S OFFICIAL VISIT 2025/26! 🦁✨

The Lions Club of Kurunegala Apex Roar was honored to host the Official Visit of our DISTRICT GOVERNOR, LION RUKMAN S. BANDARANAYAKE PMJF PMAF, and FIRST LADY, LION THUSHARI BANDARANAYAKE on March 6th.
It was a significant occasion where the District Governor reviewed our club’s progress and shared an inspiring message to guide our future service missions. We were also privileged to have a distinguished delegation of District Leaders in attendance:

"සුවසෙත" (SUWASETHA) - Ayurvedic Medical Camp & Treatment! 🩺🌿

We successfully conducted a massive medical mission at the WASANA ELDERS HOME in kudagalgamuwa to ensure the well-being of our beloved seniors.
It was a privilege to invest in the health of these wonderful souls, with the project covering medical check-ups and treatments for everyone. Seeing them feel cared for was our biggest achievement!

සෙනෙහස : A Day of Love and Care 🥣💛

We successfully completed "Project Senehasa" at the Wasana Elders Home in Kuda Galgamuwa, Kurunegala. It was a blessing to spend time with 110 wonderful residents and serve them a nutritious lunch.
Beyond the meal, we were happy to provide a special welfare donation to support their needs. Serving those who once cared for us is the greatest reward!

🦁 "අත්වැල 2.0" Successfully Completed! 🦁

Today we launched the New Year with "අත්වැල 2.0" – distributing school books to children and dry rations to needy families in Kurunegala.

A heartfelt thank you to our members, volunteers, and supporters for making this possible on the very first day of 2026!
