🌿🌿Հինգշաբթի, 30 Ապրիլին, ունեցանք յատուկ հաւաք մը՝ կազմակերպութեամբ «Դալար Այնճար»-ի և համագործակցութեամբ Eco Park-ի։

Հաւաքին ընթացքին տիկ. Ազատիկ Թազեան հետաքրքրական տեղեկութիւններ փոխանցեց ժինգեալով հացի պատրաստութեան մասին և տեղում թխեց զանոնք։ Յատկանշական էր, որ օգտագործուած վայրի խոտերէն շատերը հաւաքուած էին Այնճարի պարտէզներէն և լերան ստորոտէն։

Այսպիսով, ներկաները վայելեցին ուրախ և ջերմ մթնոլորտ մը՝ մէկտեղելով Արցախի և Այնճարի հարուստ աւանդութիւններն ու համերը։

🌿🌿On Thursday, the 30th of April, we held a special gathering organized by Dalar Anjar in collaboration with Eco Park.
During the gathering, Mrs. Azadig Tazian shared interesting information about the preparation of Jingal bread and baked them on the spot. It is worth noting that many of the wild herbs used were collected from the gardens of Anjar and from the foothills of the mountain.
The attendees enjoyed a warm and joyful time, bringing together the rich traditions and flavors of Artsakh and Anjar.

🌿🌿🌿After getting to know the edible wild herbs of our village, let us bring together the traditions of Artsakh and Anjar and enjoy Jingyalov bread.

Organized by “Green Anjar” and in collaboration with Eco Park, you are invited to spend a pleasant time on Thursday, April 30, starting at 5:00 PM at Eco Park. The preparation of Jingyalov bread will begin at 5:30 PM.

🌿🌿Շաբաթ, Ապրիլ 18-ին, մենք ունեցանք եզակի առիթ մը՝ ծանօթանալու եւ հաւաքելու վայրի ուտուելիք խոտաբոյսեր՝ մեր տեղացի փորձառու մասնագէտներու ընկերակցութեամբ։ Այս ձեռնարկը, որ կազմակերպուած էր «Դալար Այնճար»՝ Բնապահպանման Յանձնախումբին կողմէ, ոչ միայն հաճելի փախուստ մը հանդիսացաւ մեր երկրի դժուար իրավիճակէն, այլ նաեւ վերահաստատեց թէ' մեր երիտասարդ սերունդը պատրաստ է շարունակելու այս արժէքաւոր աւանդութիւնները։🌿

🌿On Saturday, April 18th, we had the unique opportunity to explore and gather wild edible herbs alongside some of our knowledgeable local experts. This refreshing activity, organized by Green Anjar, the Environmental Committee, not only offered a welcome escape from the current challenges facing our beloved country, but also highlighted the vibrant spirit of our younger generation—eager to follow in the footsteps of their elders and preserve these valuable traditions.🌿

🌿🌿🌿Ուրախ ենք յայտնելու, թէ մեր գիւղի երկու վարժարանները, Armenian Evangelical Secondary School Of Anjar և Haratch - C. Gulbenkian Secondary School Anjar, գործակցութեամբ Դալար Այնճար Յանձնախումբին, մասնակցեցան դատարկ կապարներ հաւաքելու մրցումին, կազմակերպուած Lebanese Association for Migratory Birds الجمعية اللبنانية للطيور المهاجرة -ին կողմէ, և հանդիսանալով երրորդ դիրք, շահեցան նիւթական մրցանակ։
Կ՚ուզենք գնահատել մեր նոր սերունդը, որոնք կը գիտակցին բնապահպահման կարեւորութեան։
Այս մրցումին մասնակցելով, 39 դոյլ կապար հաւաքուեցաւ, որը համազօր է 24,570 կապարի կամ 195 քիլօ փլաստիքի և պղինձի։ հարկ է նշել թէ այս քանակին մէկ տասներորդը առնուած էր պարտէզներու մուտքին տեղադրուած յատուկ պարապ կապարներու տակառներէն, իսկ մնացեալը հաւաքուած էր աշակերտներուն ձեռամբ։
Լիայոյս ենք, որ յետայսու մեր որսորդ հայրենակիցները աւելիով կը գործակցին և կը զետեղեն դատարկ կապարները նշանակուած տակառներու մէջ, որպէսզի չապականի բնութիւնը և դատարկ փամփուշտները ճիշտ ձևով վերամշակուին։

🌿🌿We were so glad to instill a sense of responsibility in our students regarding hunting practices. They actively participated in an environmental initiative, Shell Recycling Challenge, aimed at collecting the shotgun shells from the soil which were left behind by irresponsible hunters. This activity raised awareness about the impact of such waste on nature and emphasized the importance of protecting our environment. They proudly secured third place. Congratulations on this great achievement! 🏆👏

، تمكّنت الفرق الستة المشاركة من جمع ٣٥٤ سطلاً تحتوي على ٢٢٢,٩٠٠ خرطوشة، بوزن إجمالي يبلغ ١,٧٧٠ كيلوغراماً من البلاستيك والنحاس — جميعها أُزيلت من الطبيعة. 🌿🔎

🏅 المرتبة الخامسة: فريق رشعين (أصغر مشترك: إيلي صليبا) – ٢٦ سطل
🏅 المرتبة السادسة: مدرسة ليسيه عبدالله الراسي – ٨ سطول

كل سطل يحتوي ٦٣٠ خرطوشة، وكل ٣ سطول = ١٥ كيلوغراماً من البلاستيك والنحاس.

هذا الإنجاز يعكس التزامنا المشترك بحماية الحياة البرية، والحد من التلوّث، وتعزيز السلوك المسؤول في الطبيعة. 🌍🕊️
