تقدّم ضمة الدعم المتكامل للمجتمعات وخاصة النساء والأطفال، وتسعى إلى خلق فرص متساوية وعادلة للجميع، من خلال تسهيل الوصول إلى الموارد والخدمات بشكل آمن، كما تعمل على تمكين الفئات الأشد صعفاً.
تركز ضمة على تفعيل عمليات المناصرة، وتطبيق آليات الوقاية والحماية والتمكين، لتحسين سبل العيش وتعزيز الاستقرار المجتمعي للوصول إلى مجتمع يسوده السلام وتشارك النساء في

بنائه وقيادة التغيير فيه.

🍦✨ مفاجأة اليوم كانت أحلى!
اليوم كانت البسمة أكبر لما وصلت سيارة الآيس كريم، وصار لكل طفل لحظته الحلوة مع نكهته المفضلة. 💙
لحظات بسيطة... لكنها بتصنع ذكريات صيفية ما بتنتسى، وبتضيف فرحة خاصة لأيام النادي الصيفي. ☀️🍨

Nothing made the children smile more than the arrival of the ice cream truck! Each child enjoyed their favourite flavour, making the day even more special.
Simple moments like these create unforgettable summer memories and add extra joy to every day at our Summer Club. ☀️💙

🌊💙 يوم مليء بالماء، الضحكات، والذكريات الجميلة! ضمن أنشطة النادي الصيفي،

استمتع الأطفال بيوم سباحة وأنشطة مائية مليئة بالمرح والحماس، أتاحت لهم فرصة للاستمتاع بالأجواء الصيفية، وتعزيز روح التعاون، وقضاء أوقات مليئة بالطاقة الإيجابية.

في نادينا الصيفي، نحرص على أن يكون كل يوم تجربة جديدة تجمع بين الترفيه، والتعلّم، وبناء ذكريات لا تُنسى. ☀️✨

As part of our Summer Club activities, the children enjoyed a fun-filled day of swimming and water games, giving them the chance to make the most of the summer, strengthen their teamwork, and spend joyful moments full of positive energy.

At our Summer Club, we strive to make every day a new adventure that combines fun, learning, and memories that will last a lifetime. ☀️✨

🕊️نؤمن أن كل فتاة تستحق فرصة لتُسمع، وتُفهم، وتنطلق

ضمن مشروع سفيرات السلام رحلة إرشاد وتعلّم وتمكين لصناعة التغيير، تواصل المشاركات خوض جلسات الإرشاد الفردي التي تشكّل محطة أساسية في رحلتهن نحو بناء مستقبل أكثر وضوحًا وثقة.
توفر هذه الجلسات مساحة آمنة لكل فتاة للتعبير عن أفكارها وطموحاتها، والعمل مع المستشارة على استكشاف اهتماماتها وقدراتها، وتحديد أهدافها التعليمية والمهنية، وإعداد خطة شخصية للتعلّم والتطوير، إلى جانب دعمها في مواجهة التحديات وتعزيز ثقتها بنفسها.
💛 لأن تمكين الفتيات يبدأ بالاستماع إليهن، والإيمان بإمكاناتهن، ومرافقتهن في رحلتهن نحو مستقبل أكثر أمانًا واستقلالية.
يُنفَّذ مشروع سفيرات السلام ضمن برنامج تعزيز قيادة اللاجئين واللاجئات، بالشراكة مع Choose Love.

As part of the Peace Ambassadors A Journey of Guidance, Learning, and Empowerment for Change, participants continue their one-on-one mentoring sessions, an essential milestone in their journey toward building a more confident and independent future.
These sessions provide each girl with a safe space to express herself, explore her interests and strengths, identify her educational and career goals, develop a personalized learning and development plan, and receive guidance to overcome challenges while strengthening her self-confidence.
💛 Because empowering girls begins with listening to them, believing in their potential, and supporting them every step of the way toward a safer and more independent future.
The Peace Ambassadors project is implemented as part of the Refugee Leadership Strengthening Program, in partnership with Choose Love

💛من أول لحظة كان الحماس حاضر، والأطفال/الطفلات شاركوا بأنشطة متنوعة جمعت بين المرح والتعلم.

🌞 Our summer club has officially kicked off, bringing days full of fun, learning, exciting activities, and lots of smiles.
💛 From the very first moment, the excitement was in the air as children took part in a variety of activities that combined play, interaction, and learning.

ما بعد الإنجاز... لأن العطاء يستحق أن يُحتفى به

بعد عامٍ مليء بالعطاء والعمل والإنجاز، اجتمع فريقنا مع عائلاتهم/هن في يومٍ ترفيهي حمل الكثير من الفرح والدفء واللحظات الجميلة.

كانت هذه المناسبة فرصة لتجديد الطاقة، وتعزيز روح الفريق، وصناعة ذكريات مميزة بعيدًا عن ضغوط العمل.

Beyond the achievements... because dedication deserves to be celebrated.

After a year full of dedication, hard work, and accomplishments, our team gathered with their families for a fun-filled day that brought a lot of joy, warmth, and beautiful moments.

This occasion was a perfect opportunity to recharge our energy, strengthen team spirit, and create special memories away from the stress of work.

كل فرصة تُتاح للفتيات اليوم، تفتح آفاقاً أوسع للغد.

ضمن مشروع صانعات سلام الغد🕊 ، اختُتمت سلسلة جلسات الفتيات في مركز الإيواء في بر الياس، بعد فترة أتاحت لهن مساحات للتعلّم، وتبادل الخبرات، واكتساب مهارات تدعم تطورهن الشخصي والاجتماعي.

ومع اختتام هذه المرحلة، تستمر الجهود لتهيئة فرص تُعزز حضور الفتيات ودورهن في مجتمعاتهن.

هذا المشروع ممول من صندوق المرأة للسلام والعمل الإنساني (WPHF)، وبدعم تقني من هيئة الأمم المتحدة للمرأة.

Every opportunity available to girls today opens wider horizons for tomorrow. 💫

As part of the Women Peacebuilders of Tomorrow 🕊️ project, and in partnership with Frontliners For Change (FFC), the series of girls’ sessions at the Bar Elias collective shelter has come to a close, following a period that provided safe spaces for learning, exchanging experiences, and developing skills that support their personal and social growth.

As this phase concludes, efforts continue to create opportunities that strengthen girls’ participation and amplify their role within their communities.

This project is funded by the Women’s Peace and Humanitarian Fund (WPHF), with technical support from UN Women.

ليست العودة مجرد طريقٍ يُقطع، ولا مجرد انتقالٍ من مكانٍ إلى آخر…
إنها حلمٌ يحمل معه الذكريات، والانتماء، والأمل ببداية جديدة.

فخلف كل رحلة لجوء قصة إنسان، وخلف كل عودة رغبة في استعادة الحياة، ولمّ الشمل، وبناء المستقبل.

مع عودة اللاجئين إلى سوريا، تبدأ رحلة جديدة نحو الأمان، التعافي، وإعادة البناء… رحلة تُعيد للإنسان صلته بأرضه، ولمجتمعه فرصة للنهوض من جديد.

Return is not merely a road to be travelled, nor simply a move from one place to another…
It is a dream that carries memories, a sense of belonging, and the hope of a new beginning.

Behind every journey of displacement lies a human story, and behind every return is a desire to rebuild life, reunite families, and shape a better future.

With the return of refugees to Syria, a new journey towards safety, recovery, and rebuilding begins… A journey that restores people’s connection to their homeland and gives communities the opportunity to rise again.

تعزيز مرونة الأطفال وحقهم في الشعور بالأمان يشكل أولوية أساسية.

ضمن مشروع "صانعات سلام الغد" 🕊️، واصلنا تقديم جلسات الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي (PSS) للأطفال، بهدف تعزيز مرونتهم النفسية والاجتماعية، وتوفير مساحات آمنة للتفاعل والتعبير، بما يسهم في دعم قدرتهم على التكيف وتعزيز شعورهم بالأمان والانتماء.

لأن دعم الصحة النفسية والاجتماعية للأطفال يشكل ركيزة أساسية لحمايتهم وتعزيز قدرتهم على الصمود والازدهار.

هذا المشروع ممول من صندوق المرأة للسلام والعمل الإنساني (WPHF)، وبدعم تقني من هيئة
الأمم المتحدة للمرأة.

Strengthening children’s resilience and their right to feel safe remains a key priority.

As part of the “Women Peacebuilders of Tomorrow”” 🕊️ Project, we continued delivering Psychosocial Support (PSS) sessions for children, aimed at strengthening their psychosocial resilience, providing safe spaces for interaction and expression, and supporting their ability to cope while fostering a sense of safety and belonging.

Because supporting children’s mental health and psychosocial well-being is a fundamental pillar of protection and of building resilience and thriving.

This project is funded by the Women’s Peace and Humanitarian Fund (WPHF), with technical support from UN Women.

المعرفة هي الخطوة الأولى نحو الحماية.🪷

ضمن مشروع "صانعات سلام الغد"🕊️، نفّذنا جلسات توعية استهدفت الأسر والأفراد المتأثرين بالأزمة، بهدف تعزيز الوعي، ودعم القدرة على التكيف، وتمكين المشاركين/ات من الوصول إلى المعلومات والمهارات التي تعزز الحماية والرفاه.

لأن بناء القدرة على الصمود يبدأ بالمعرفة، ويترسخ بإتاحة الفرص للوصول إلى الدعم والمعلومات.

هذا المشروع ممول من صندوق المرأة للسلام والعمل الإنساني (WPHF)، وبدعم تقني من هيئة
الأمم المتحدة للمرأة.

Knowledge is the first step toward protection. 🪷

As part of the "Women Peacebuilders of Tomorrow" 🕊️Project, we conducted awareness sessions for displacement-affected communities. These sessions aimed to strengthen awareness, support adaptation to daily challenges, and equip participants with information and skills that contribute to enhanced protection, health, and well-being.

Because access to information and support is a fundamental pillar of dignity and resilience in times of crisis.

This project is funded by the Women’s Peace and Humanitarian Fund (WPHF), with technical support from UN Women Lebanon.
