Jadwa06 jadwa06 is a grass root initiative aiming at inspiring and supporting youth to start their entrepreneurial journey.

This club is a grass root initiative launched by a dynamic and vibrant team from Tripoli coming from different backgrounds. The idea started as a response to an urgent need in the community: finding a solution for the lack of job opportunities and high unemployment rates. One of the main objectives of this club is to enable youth to create businesses which can generate jobs and economic growth in the near future.

انطلقت أولى جلسات المسار الريادي في منطقة حي الترب في الميناء، طرابلس ضمن برنامج حارتنا، بمشاركة ٢٥ شخصاً يعملون على تطوير أفكارهم ومشاريعهم الخاصة ضمن رحلة تدريبية متكاملة تشمل ١٥ محوراً تغطي مختلف جوانب ريادة الأعمال.
يجمع هذا المسار بين التعلّم العملي، تطوير المشاريع، والمتابعة المباشرة، بهدف دعم المشاركين وتمكينهم من تحويل أفكارهم إلى مشاريع قابلة للنمو والاستمرار.
ومع انتهاء هذه المرحلة، سيتم اختيار ١٠ مشاركين للانتقال إلى مرحلة الحضانة، حيث سيعملون بشكل مباشر مع خبراء ومتخصصين في مختلف مجالات ريادة الأعمال، بهدف تطوير مشاريعهم بشكل أعمق وتعزيز جاهزيتها للإطلاق والنمو.

Through ASWAQ, Ajin w Nar was able to expand into multiple new points of sale across Tripoli, increasing both exposure and sales.
With growing demand, the business scaled production and added new team members to keep up. This is what real access to market looks like.

من خلال برنامج أسواق، تمكّنت عجين ونار من التوسّع إلى عدة نقاط بيع جديدة في مختلف مناطق طرابلس، مما ساهم في زيادة المبيعات وتعزيز حضور العلامة التجارية في السوق. ومع ارتفاع الطلب، اضطرّت الشركة إلى توسيع الإنتاج وإضافة موظفين جدد لتلبية الحاجة المتزايدة. هكذا يبدو أثر الوصول الحقيقي إلى السوق.

انطلقت أولى جلسات المسار التقني ضمن برنامج حارتنا، حيث بدأ المشاركون بتعلّم تقنيات الحرف اليدوية التي تركز على إعادة استخدام الموارد المتاحة وتطوير منتجات قابلة للتسويق مثل الزينة، والحقائب، وأغطية الوسائد وغيرها من الأعمال اليدوية.

يساهم هذا المسار في تزويد المشاركين بمهارات عملية تساعدهم على تطوير منتجاتهم، توسيع خياراتهم الإنتاجية، وتحسين فرصهم في تحقيق دخل مستدام.

Creating content for Gen Z is no longer optional. It’s essential.

During our recent session with Ghynwa Salem, we explored how understanding Gen Z audiences can directly impact a brand’s growth. By focusing her content strategy on this audience, she was able to grow her account from 8,000 to over 22,000 followers in just one year.

Gen Z are among the most active users on social media today. If brands are not reaching them, they are missing valuable opportunities to increase visibility, engagement, and sales.

Ghynwa also mentioned that this generation understands content and appreciates goof content. When brands create content that resonates with them, it builds connection and trust, which often translates into stronger loyalty and higher purchasing interest.

يهدف برنامج حارتنا إلى تعزيز قدرات أبناء المجتمع المحلي من خلال توفير فرص التدريب، ودعم الجهوزية لسوق العمل، ومساندة المبادرات الريادية بما يساهم في تحسين فرص العمل والاستقرار المهني.

وفي إطار هذا البرنامج، يعمل نادي طرابلس لرواد الأعمال/جدوى06 على تصميم وتنفيذ مسارات التأهيل والتنمية في المناطق المستهدفة، عبر تقديم تدريبات متخصصة، وتعزيز الربط بسوق العمل، ودعم تطوير المشاريع الريادية.
