إيماناً منها بأهمية الصحة الفردية والمجتمعية، وحرصاً على تعزيز القطاع الصحي بكفاءات مؤهلة، نفّذت مؤسسة الصفدي دورة تدريبية في مجال مساعد الرعاية الصحية لمجموعة من الشبان والشابات في مستشفى أبو جودة. وقد جمعت الدورة بين المعارف النظرية والتدريب العملي التعرّف المباشر على بيئة العمل مما ساهم في تعزيز قابلية المتدربين للتوظيف و دعم انتقالهم إلى فرص عمل في قطاع الرعاية الصحية.

تنفّذ مؤسسة الصفدي هذا التدريب في إطار برنامج ENABLE بتمويل من الاتحاد الاوروبي و ضمن البرنامج القائم على العمل، بالتعاون مع منظمة العمل الدولية ووزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية.

Believing in the importance of individual and community health, and committed to strengthening the healthcare sector by equipping it with qualified professionals, Safadi Foundation implemented a Healthcare Assistant training course for a group of young men and women at Abou Jaoude Hospital. The training combined theoretical knowledge, practical learning, and workplace exposure, helping participants strengthen their employability, to enhance their transition into employment opportunities within the healthcare sector.

The training was delivered as part of the ENABLE Programme, funded by the European Union and implemented by the International Labour Organization (ILO) in partnership with the Ministry of Social Affairs.

شراكة بين مؤسسة الصفدي ووزارة الزراعة لتمكين المزارعين!
وقّعت مؤسسة الصفدي ووزارة الزراعة مذكرة تفاهم لتعزيز التدريب الزراعي، وبناء قدرات المزارعين، ونشر الممارسات الزراعية الحديثة، بما يساهم في تطوير القطاع الزراعي ودعم التنمية المستدامة.
وأكد الوزير محمد الصفدي أن الاستثمار في الإنسان هو أساس التنمية المستدامة، فيما شدد وزير الزراعة الدكتور نزار هاني على أهمية توسيع الشراكات وتطوير قدرات المزارعين.
خطوة جديدة نحو زراعة أكثر تطورًا واستدامة، ومزارعين أكثر قدرة على مواكبة المستقبل.

Partnership between Safadi Foundation and the Ministry of Agriculture to Empower Farmers!
Safadi Foundation and the Ministry of Agriculture signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen agricultural training, build farmers’ capacities, and promote modern agricultural practices, contributing to the development of the agricultural sector and supporting sustainable development.
Minister Mohammad Safadi emphasized that investing in people is the foundation of sustainable development, while Minister of Agriculture Dr. Nizar Hani highlighted the importance of expanding partnerships and strengthening farmers’ capacities.
A new step towards a more advanced and sustainable agricultural sector, with farmers better equipped to meet the future.

We are pleased to share highlights from the graduation ceremony of participants in the Light Construction and Digital Skills Training Program, implemented by Safadi Foundation in partnership with the Middle East Council of Churches (MECC) and with the support of Danmission.
The event also marked the official launch of the initiative's second phase, reaffirming our shared commitment to empowering individuals with market-relevant skills and expanding access to sustainable livelihood opportunities.

لكل مهارة جديدة قصة... ولكل قصة بداية نحو مستقبل أفضل.
في هذا الفيديو، يشارك المتدرّبون والمتدرّبات تجربتهم في دورة المهارات الرقمية التي نفذّتها مؤسسة الصفدي بالتعاون مع مجلس الكنائس في الشرق الأوسط بدعم من Danmission، ويتحدّثون عن المعارف التي اكتسبوها، والتحديات التي تجاوزوها، وكيف ساهمت هذه التجربة في تعزيز ثقتهم بأنفسهم وفتح آفاق جديدة أمامهم.

In this video, participants share their experiences in the Digital Skills Training Program, implemented by Safadi Foundation in collaboration with the Middle East Council of Churches (MECC) and supported by Danmission. الرياضة ليست مجرد منافسة... بل أداة للتنمية وبناء الإنسان
ضمن جلسات TTALKS الحوارية المنضوية ضمن برنامج ترابط المنفّذ بالتعاون مع مؤسسة AIDA الاسبانية وبدعم من الإتحاد الاوروربي ، استضافت مؤسسة الصفدي، ، رئيس نادي هوبس الأستاذ جاسم قانصو في جلسة بعنوان "الرياضة للتنمية"، حيث شارك الحضور تجربته الملهمة، مؤكدًا دور الرياضة في تمكين الشباب، وتعزيز قيم الكفاءة، والانتماء، والعمل الجماعي.
واختُتم اللقاء بتكريم الأستاذ قانصو تقديرًا لإسهاماته في توظيف الرياضة كوسيلة للتنمية وبناء المجتمع.
European Union in Lebanon

Sport is more than just competition; it is a powerful tool for development and building stronger communities.
As part of TTALKS dialogue series under TARABUT Program, implemented in partnership with AIDA Spain and funded by the European Union, Safadi Foundation hosted Mr. Jassem Kansou, President of Hoops Club, for a session titled "Sport for Development."
During the session, Mr. Kansou shared his inspiring journey, highlighting the role of sport in empowering youth and promoting the values of merit, belonging, and teamwork.
The event concluded with a recognition ceremony honoring Mr. Kansou for his outstanding contributions to using sport as a catalyst for development and community building.

نحو مستقبل مهني واعد...
احتفلت مؤسسة الصفدي، بالتعاون مع جمعية يوتوبيا وبالشراكة من World Vision في لبنان، بتخريج 60 متدربًا ومتدربة في إطار البرنامج التدريبي المنضوي ضمن مشروع "إنقاذ الطفولة"، بعد استكمالهم تدريبات مهنية متخصصة في أربعة مجالات، بما يعزز مهاراتهم وفرصهم للاندماج في سوق العمل.
مبارك للخريجين، وإلى المزيد من قصص النجاح والتمكين.

Towards a Promising Professional Future...
Safadi Foundation, in collaboration with UTOPIA Association and in partnership with World Vision Lebanon, celebrated the graduation of 60 trainees who successfully completed a vocational training program under the "Childhood Rescue" project.
The graduates received specialized training in four professional fields, equipping them with practical skills and enhancing their opportunities to enter the job market.
Congratulations to all the graduates, and here's to many more success stories and empowered futures!

ضمن سلسلة TTALKS المنضوية تحت مشروع ترابط، تستضيف مؤسسة الصفدي القيادي في منظمة الأمم المتحدة في الأردن، الأستاذ زياد الأيوبي، في جلسة حوارية مميزة يتحدث فيها عن أهمية القيادة في مجتمعاتنا، وما تحتاجه مجتمعاتنا اليوم لبناء قيادات قادرة على إحداث أثر حقيقي. تنفّذ مؤسسة الصفدي مشروع ترابط بالتعاون مع AIDA الإسبانية وبتمويل من الاتحاد الأوروبي.

من التدريب إلى الأثر المباشر على الأرض
نفّذت مؤسسة الصفدي دورة تدريبية في مجال الإنشاءات الخفيفة، بالتعاون مع مجلس كنائس الشرق الأوسط وبدعم من Danmission، في تجربة جمعت بين التمكين المهني والعمل الإنساني. توزّعت الدورة على شقّين: شقّ تقني اكتسب خلاله المتدرّبون مهارات أساسية في مجال الإنشاءات الخفيفة، وشقّ تطبيقي إنساني تُرجمت فيه هذه المهارات إلى أثر ملموس من خلال إعادة تأهيل سوبرماركت محلية في عكار، بما ساهم في دعمها لاستئناف عملها وتأمين مصدر رزقها.

From training to real impact on the ground
Al Safadi Foundation, in partnership with the Middle East Council of Churches and with the support of Danmission, delivered a light construction training program that combined skills-building with meaningful community impact. The program included both technical and humanitarian components. Trainees gained practical skills in light construction, then put their learning into action by rehabilitating a local supermarket in Akkar, helping it reopen and restore a source of livelihood for its owners.
