نفخر بأن يكون الشاب سليمان الدهيبي من اوائل المتخرجين ضمن برنامج المنح الجامعية في المجال التمريضي بين مؤسسةالصفدي والجامعة اللبنانية الاميركية LAU في جبيل ليكون من جهة نموذجا للشباب الطموح الذي اختار رسالة الإنسانية والرعاية و تأكيد لدعم المؤسسة من جهة ثانية لهذا الاختصاص النبيل الذي يضع صحة الإنسان اولوية بالنسبة له.

ضمن مشروع "ترابط" الذي تنفّذه مؤسسة الصفدي بالتعاون مع AIDA الإسبانية وبتمويل من الاتحاد الأوروبي، أُجريت سلسلة من المقابلات مع المتقدّمين للاستفادة من الدعم المالي المخصّص لتطوير مشاريعهم أو تحويل أفكارهم الريادية إلى واقع ملموس. تهدف هذه المرحلة إلى اختيار أصحاب الأفكار والمشاريع الأكثر جدوى وتأثيرًا، بما يساهم في تعزيز فرص التنمية الاقتصادية ودعم المبادرات الريادية المستدامة.

European Union in Lebanon

As part of TARABUT project implemented by Safadi Foundation in partnership with the Spanish organization AIDA and funded by the European Union, a series of interviews was conducted with applicants seeking financial support to develop their projects or transform their entrepreneurial ideas into reality. This phase aims to select the most impactful and feasible ideas and projects, contributing to enhanced economic development opportunities and supporting sustainable entrepreneurial initiatives.

في إطار المرحلة الثانية من البرنامج القائم على العمل، نفذّت مؤسسة الصفدي بالشراكة مع منظمة العمل الدولية وبالتعاون مع القطاع الخاص ضمن برنامج ENABLE المموّل من الاتحاد الاوروبي دورة تدريبية في مجال مساعد طاه. ومن خلال هذه الدورة تمكنّ المتدربون من اكتساب مهارات في الطبخ مكنتهم من العمل في المطابخ لتحضير اشهى الوجبات وافضلها.

As part of the second phase of the work-based program, Safadi Foundation, in partnership with the International Labour Organization and in collaboration with the private sector, implemented a training course for Assistant Chef under the ENABLE program funded by the European Union. Through this course, trainees acquired cooking skills that enabled them to work in restaurant kitchens, preparing a variety of the most delicious and high-quality dishes.

في إطار مشروع تحسين استدامة وصناعة الأغذية الزّراعية وإنتاجيّتها الذي تنفّذه مؤسسة الصفدي بالشراكة مع AIDA الاسبانية والمموّل من الوكالة الإسبانيّة للتنمية AECID، تم إطلاق المرحلة الاولى من توزيع المعدات الزراعية للمزارعين الذين شاركوا في كل مراحل المشروع منذ عام ٢٠٢٤ حتى اليوم في الضنية و عكار. من مركز اتحاد بلديات الضنية ، وبمشاركة رئيس اتحاد البلديات المهندس مصطفى سعادة و رئيس بلدية سير السيد سامر هوشر، شملت المرحلة هذه 30 مزارعا ومزارعة تمّ اختيارهم تمام بناء لتقييم الدراسة الميدانية و نتائج الدورات التي شارك بها كلّ منهم. مع الإشارة إلى أنّ التوزيع سيستمر ليشمل بالمناطق المستهدفة بالمشروع كافة.

As part of the project to improve the sustainability, agro-food production, and productivity implemented by the Safadi Foundation in partnership with the Spanish organization AIDA and funded by the Spanish Agency for International Development AECID the first phase of distributing agricultural equipment has been launched for farmers who have participated in all stages of the project from 2024 to the present in Danniyeh and Akkar. From the Union of Municipalities of Danniyeh center, and with the participation of the Union’s President, Engineer Mustafa Saadeh, and the Mayor of Sir Al-Sayyed, Mr. Samer Housher, this phase included 30 male and female farmers who were selected entirely based on the evaluation of the field study and the results of the training courses each of them attended. It is worth noting that the distribution will continue to cover all areas targeted by the project.

بمناسبة عيد العمال، يتقدّم رئيس مؤسسة الصفدي معالي السيد محمد الصفدي وكافة العاملين في المؤسسة بتهنئة عمّال لبنان، مع التمنّي أن يأتي يوم قريب يحصل فيه العمال على دخل يضمن لهم حياة كريمة ومحترمة. وبهذه المناسبة، تؤكد مؤسسة الصفدي دورها في تدريب الشباب والشابات وتأهيلهم لدخول سوق العمل، ومساعدتهم على إيجاد الوظائف الملائمة لهم.

On the occasion of Labor Day, the President of the Safadi Foundation, His Excellency Mr. Mohammad Safadi, along with all the foundation’s staff, extends greetings to the workers of Lebanon, expressing the hope that a day will soon come when workers receive an income that guarantees them a decent and dignified life.
On this occasion, the Safadi Foundation also reaffirms its role in training young men and women, preparing them to enter the labor market, and helping them find suitable job opportunities.

European Union in Lebanon

Under the title “Inclusion and Reintegration of People with Deviant Behaviors as a Path to Strengthening Social Bonds,” the first dialogue session of the TTALKS series implemented by Safadi Foundation in cooperation with the Spanish AIDA Foundation and funded by the European Union was held with Ms. Suzanne Jabbour, Executive Director of the Restart Center specialized in the rehabilitation of victims of violence and member of the United Nations Subcommittee on Prevention of Torture.

في ظلّ الأزمة المتفاقمة وأوضاع النزوح، أطلقت الجمعية التعاونية للتنمية وتصنيع المنتجات الزراعية في عكار والضنية ومؤسسة الصفدي، بالشراكة مع AIDA الإسبانية، خطّ إنتاج غذائي جديد لدعم العائلات الأكثر حاجة، خصوصًا عبر توفير منتجات مخصّصة لتغذية الأطفال. يندرج هذا المشروع ضمن مبادرة “تحسين استدامة صناعة الأغذية الزراعية وإنتاجيتها في عكار والضنية” المموّلة من الوكالة الإسبانية للتنمية AECID، بهدف تعزيز الأمن الغذائي والاستجابة للتحديات الإنسانية الراهنة. شاهدوا في هذا الفيديو أبرز محطات حفل الإطلاق في مركز الصفدي للتنمية الريفية ، دير دلوم، عكار، وتعرّفوا على دور هذا المشروع في دعم العائلات وتأمين غذاء آمن للأطفال.
Amid the escalating crisis and displacement situation, the Cooperative Association for Development and Manufacturing of Agricultural Products in Akkar and Danniyeh, together with Safadi Foundation and in partnership with the Spanish organization AIDA, launched a new food production line, to support the families most in need, especially by providing products dedicated to child nutrition. This project falls under the initiative “Improving the Sustainability and Productivity of Agri-Food Industries in Akkar and Danniyeh,” funded by the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID), with the aim of strengthening food security and responding to current humanitarian challenges.
