مؤسسة الثقافة والعلوم CSF was founded in Saida in February 1992 under decree 27/AD.

Culture and Science Foundation (CSF) is a charitable, non sectarian, non-profit, nongovernmental organization that serves the most underprivileged populations in Saida City and the surrounding villages, through various programs involving vocational training, social support and the promotion of Human Rights. CSF aims to enhance the spread of knowledge and culture in Saida city and the surrounding a

reas through:
- Provision of quality vocational training programs to empower youth and women, meet their needs and help them engage in the labor market regardless of gender, belief and religion.
- Dissemination of knowledge and encouragement of youth initiatives and the engagement of women in development process based on the principles of human rights.
- Provision of scholarships for needy distinguished students.
