Train/Train Lebanon We advocates for sustainable multimodal public transport in Lebanon, with railways as the core.

If you dig into the history of Lebanese railways and you will understand how great our country was and realize what is missing today. Lebanon civil war period (1975-1990) fragmented and paralyzed the country. It had its railways stopped and its heritage has been abandoned and left to decay with time. In 2005, Train Train was founded by Filmmaker Elias Boutros Maalouf along with a few Lebanese entr

epreneurs who gathered on a mission to save the past and build the future of the Lebanese Railways. On April 12th 2010, Train Train was registered as an NGO with the Lebanese Ministry of Interior and Municipalities ( #551/2010)

More than ten years of research and commitment have given credibility and encouraged our team to push forward with our mission.

🚛 سوريا ولبنان: نحو شراكة جديدة تعيد إحياء طرق التجارة والعبور

في خطوة تعكس روح التعاون الأخوي، اجتمع وزير النقل السوري الدكتور يعرب بدر بنظيره اللبنانيالسيد فايز رسامني في قصر تشرين بدمشق، لافتتاح مرحلة متقدمة في النقل البري بين البلدين.
🔹 تفعيل اتفاقية نقل الركاب والبضائع لعام 1993.
🔹 إحياء عمل اللجنة المشتركة ولجان فنية تضم الجمارك والأمن العام.
🔹 بحث نظام "ون ستوب" لتسهيل إجراءات المسافرين والشاحنات.
🔹 تثبيت دفتر مرور موحد، وتعزيز السلامة المرورية.
الجانب السوري أكد أن إجراء المناقلة استثناء مؤقت لظروف اجتماعية، بينما طلب لبنان استثناء بضائعه من هذا الإجراء، وتم تشكيل لجنة مشتركة لمتابعة ملف المعابر ونقل البضائع.
🚚 هذه النقلة ليست مجرد اجتماع، بل بداية فعليّة لتسهيل الحركة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية بين الشعبين، تعبّد الطريق أمام التكامل الإقليمي.
