URDA 🖐 URDA is a Lebanese non-governmental organization dedicated to ensuring the human rights of the most vulnerable groups in Lebanon.

URDA aims at assisting and nurturing human beings regardless of age, race, gender, nationality, faith or political affiliation. Whether the organization intervenes in disaster relief or sustainable development actions, it serves both underserved Lebanese citizens as well as Palestinian and Syrian refugee communities to the highest international, professional, and ethical standards.

لأن كل طفل بيستحق يفتح شنطته الجديدة ويحلم، بيستحق يلاقي قرطاسيته جاهزة، وكل شي بحاجة إله ليكتب، يرسم، يتعلّم… ويكبر.📚

لأن المدرسة مش بس صف وجرس…المدرسة بداية حلم.🫶🏻🏫

وما لازم يكون في طفل محروم من أدواته ليحقق هالحلم.✨

رنّ الجرس… وهلّق صار فيهن يبلّشوا. ❤️

Ring Ring … the joy began🔔🎒

Because every child deserves to open a new backpack and dream of having their school supplies ready, and everything they need to write, draw, learn… and grow.📚

واليوم عم تزرع جذور جديدة كرمال ولادها.🌱

أمّ عم تحاول تبلش من جديد، مش كرمالها بس… كرمال ولادها كمان.🙌🏻

ومن هون، حملة «رنّ الجرس» ما بتساعد الأطفال بس، بتوقف حدّ أهلهم كمان، وبتعطيهم فرصة يكفّوا ويبنوا مستقبل أفضل. 🥰🔔

Some children aren’t asking for the impossible… they’re asking for a chance. ✨

‏There’s a child waiting for someone to believe that their future is worth investing in.
Waiting for a backpack on their shoulders… a notebook where they can write their name… and a seat in a classroom to return to after circumstances forced them out of school. 🩵

On International Literacy Day, let’s remember the children whose futures are being shaped by circumstances they never chose..and who are being denied the opportunity to learn.

With “Ring Ring” campaign, let’s give every child their right to learn… because a child who can read, can dream.🎒

Our team decided to recreate the trend… because apparently, our annual vacation was just working from home… with no office. 😂💻🏖️

When there are people who need us, our hearts don’t really know how to take a vacation. ❤️
