It's not just a donation.

There were 25 food baskets in total. Of these, 15 were donated by the Brazilian Military Attaché Office in Lebanon, through Military Attaché Telmo Paiva Oliveira.
The 80 feminine hygiene kits from the hands and hearts of our friends of ELAS, people who care and choose to act.

We act, where many still hesitate.

The distribution of feminine hygiene kits has been successfully completed.

At ELAS, we believe that every woman deserves dignity, care, and support, especially in times of uncertainty. Through this initiative, we reached women who needed it most, reminding them that they are not alone.

This is the power of women supporting women.

⚡ This is more than a donation. It’s dignity in action.

ELAS has completed its second support delivery, providing 50 female hygiene kits to displaced women in Lebanon. With the support of UNWOMEN Lebanon and Beit El Salam association.

Each kit represents care, respect, and the strength of women supporting women.
We continue turning solidarity into real action.

🕊️ ELAS in action in solidarity 🕊️

As the crisis in Lebanon worsens, many displaced families are living on the streets and in schools. Given this scenario, ELAS members came together to donate hygiene product kits (absorbent pads, wet wipes, liquid soap, toothbrush and toothpaste and a hand towel) and children's and adult clothing, being delivered to the SMOC school on the Salim Slem campus, which is currently housing 23 families.

We continue to believe that small gestures generate big impacts. 💙

Today was Safe Space Day at ELAS

In February, we had another transformative Safe Space meeting, hosted by Mrs. Rita Jebaily Boutros, where we discussed a topic so present in all of our lives: professional life and occupational activity. We shared how we are feeling, how we are dealing with the challenges of daily life, and, above all, how women are carrying so many responsibilities at once.

ELAS continues to stand strong in its mission to support, uplift, remains strengthening, and inspiring women. Each meeting is a seed that we plant together, and with each conversation, and every moment of sharing, we nurturing that seed with care, listening, empathy, and support.

And today it was possible to see the result of this: women who are blossoming, gaining voice, feeling more confident, and feeling increasingly empowered to live their lives in a more balanced, conscious, and confident way.

We move forward together, growing, flourishing, and supporting one another.

Because at ELAS, no woman walks alone.

In January, we held another meeting at the ELAS Safe Space, a space for listening, support, and collective building.

This meeting focused on looking towards 2026, our dreams, goals, and the future we are building together.

An essential point that emerged was the importance of always speaking collectively.

At ELAS, we don't say "I," we say "we." Because none of us walks alone; we grow, resist, and advance as a community.

The strongest themes were profoundly human and transformative:

🧠 Taking care of ourselves, understanding that self-care is survival and also a strategy for empowerment.

👨‍👩‍👧 Our children, how to protect them, inspire them, and guarantee a future with more dignity.

💼 Job prospects, the right to dream of stability, purpose, and financial independence.

🕊️ Freedom: emotional, economic, and personal.

It was a meeting of sharing, courage, and vision. Each story reaffirmed that when women have a safe space to exist, they also build, together, the next steps.

Together we are stronger.

Together, building 2026 with dignity, voice, and freedom.

Our work with foreign women in Lebanon goes beyond support, it's about listening, helping, and transforming lives.

💜 25.9% of our services were for psychosocial support
💜 14.8% focused on gender-based violence
💜 14.8% aimed at empowerment
💜 14.8% for shelter and career support
💜 11.1% helped women return to their home country
💜 3.7% provided medical aid
💜 3.7% supported children's education

Each number represents a life touched. A step towards dignity.
