The roots of the organization(WRD) go as far back as the roots of its founder Mr. As a young passionate and determined pro-driver, his achievements won him a noteworthy fan base; and the nickname Wasshee (i.e. Insanely relentless). He became even more immersed in the world of extreme 4x4 sports when he opened his workshop. With his success at competitions in one hand, and his workshop in the other
; he found himself surrounded by a number of dedicated supporters, who later developed into a team. This strongly dedicated team naturally developed the ambition to become well organized and official. In 2015, the organizational procedures began and resulted in a board consisting of: a president, a vice president, team leader, digital marketing executive, traditional marketing executive, maintenance and spare parts manager, PR representatives, and a finance manager. WRD became an official non-profit organization in 2016. Because intrinsic motivational factors were the drive that brought this team into existence, the board decided that the organization should be a non-profit organization with the community as a whole at heart. Today WRD is actively engaged in a range of extreme 4x4 sports involving ATVs, Buggies, and other 4x4 vehicles. Because of this wide activity portfolio, WRD has been able to gain members rapidly. WRD has a healthy atmosphere of encouragement and high sportsmanship qualities enabling its members to play the roles they like in the team: drivers, co-pilots, and other integral organizational roles. Because fun is also at the heart of the organization, WRD organizes leisure field trips (picnic & off road activities) for its members and fans. WRD has already begun working on its future plans to establish a 4x4 driving school for the safety and well being of its sports community. WRD is also aiming to establish well organized Safari events for tourists for the benefit of the Lebanese community as a whole. The door is open to anyone is shares our passion and would like to be a part of a growing team.
