We are pleased to announce that our Cardiff Met alumnus Ahmad El Khatib (MBA in Human Resource Management '24) has recently published a research article in "The Learning Organization: An International Journal," indexed in Scopus Q1 and Web of Science (ESCI).

The article, "Assessing the Impact of Training and Development on Job Performance and Personal Growth Initiatives: A Study Among Real Estate Agents and Brokers in Lebanon," draws on his master's thesis and examines how training and development affect job performance and personal growth among real estate agents and brokers in Lebanon, a sector with limited research behind it. His findings show that training does more than build performance. In unstable markets, it also builds resilience.

We congratulate Ahmad on this achievement and look forward to the impact of his research on the field.
