Tech Change Makers Program is Celebrating Success 🏆💜

Through the Tech Change Makers Program, girls strengthened their digital skills, creativity, and leadership , turning ideas into impactful solutions for their communities.

After presenting their final projects, the results reflect an incredible achievement:
🥇 49 girls secured 1st place
🥈 51 girls secured 2nd place

And the celebration didn’t stop there , each winning team received amazing prizes, with every team awarded something unique and different.

Beyond rankings, every participant is a winner. Each girl leaves with new skills, confidence, and the ability to lead change.

This project is funded by Agence Française de Développement and implemented by René Moawad Foundation in partnership with International Rescue Committee, in collaboration with Michel Daher Foundation.

حين تُختصر الحياة بثوانٍ… مؤسّسة ميشال ضاهر تُدرّب على إنقاذها!

لا أحد يتوقّع لحظة الطّوارئ… لكنّ الجميع قد يواجهها. من هذا المنطلق، نظّمت مؤسّسة ميشال ضاهر في جامعة الرّوح القدس الكسليك - فرع زحلة، دورة تدريبيّة امتدّت على يومين، خُصِّصت للإداريّين، بهدف تعزيز جهوزيّة الاستجابة في الحالات الطّارئة.

وخلال الدّورة، تدرّب المشاركون على المهارات الأساسيّة في الإسعافات الأوّليّة، التي تشمل:
- الإنعاش القلبيّ الرّئويّ (CPR)
- التّعامل مع حالات الاختناق وفقدان الوعي
- إسعاف الجروح والنّزيف بأنواعه
- التّعامل مع الحروق والتّسمّم واللّدغات
- الاستجابة لحالات ارتفاع ضغط الدّم والسّكريّ

وخرج المشاركون من التّجربة برؤية مختلفة: معرفة تتحوّل إلى فعل، واستعداد يتحوّل إلى قدرة حقيقيّة على الاستجابة في اللّحظة الحاسمة.

في زمن الأزمات، مؤسّسة ميشال ضاهر تعزّز الصّحّة النّفسيّة والصّمود المجتمعيّ
في ظلّ التّوتّرات المتصاعدة، نظّمت مؤسّسة ميشال ضاهر سلسلة من جلسات التّوعية حول الصّحّة النّفسيّة ضمن برنامج تعزيز الصّحّة النّفسيّة والدّعم النّفسي–الاجتماعي القائم على المجتمع وتعزيز التّماسك الاجتماعي، استجابةً للتّحدّيات النّفسيّة والاجتماعيّة المتزايدة التي يواجهها الأفراد والعائلات المتأثّرة بالأزمات.
شارك في هذه الجلسات 155 شخصًا من البالغين، حيث ركّزت على رفع الوعي حول الصّحّة النّفسيّة، وتعزيز مهارات التكيّف للتعامل مع الضغوطات اليوميّة، والتأكيد على أهميّة شبكات الدعم المجتمعي في تعزيز الصمود خلال الأزمات. كما تمّ إطلاع المشاركين على خدمات الدعم المتاحة، بما فيها الخطّ الوطنيّ للحياة 1564.
من بين المشاركين، حضر 70 شخصًا جلسات دعم نفسي–اجتماعي متخصّصة، فيما شارك 85 شخصًا في جلسات التوعية، بمشاركة أفراد من خلفيّات متنوّعة، بما في ذلك مجتمعات لبنانيّة، سوريّة، فلسطينيّة ونازحة.
أُقيمت جميع الجلسات في مقرّ المؤسّسة.

هذا المشروع مموّل من الإتّحاد الأوروبي، وتنفّذه المنظّمة الدّوليّة للهجرة، بالتّعاون مع جمعيّة إمبرايس ومؤسّسة ميشال ضاهر.
تقع مسؤوليّة محتوى هذا المشروع على عاتق مؤسّسة ميشال ضاهر وحدها، ولا يعكس بالضرورة آراء الاتحاد الأوروبي.

التعبير عن المشاعر جزء أساسي من نموّ الطفل، خصوصًا بهالفترة الصعبة يلي عم نمرّ فيها، واللي عم تأثّر على الصحّة النفسيّة للأطفال والعائلات.
من خلال جلسات منظّمة مبنيّة على التعبير بالدراما، منوفّر للأطفال مساحة آمنة وداعمة ليعبّروا عن مشاعرُن. هالجلسات بتتضمّن أنشطة متل ألعاب مطابقة الألوان، الرسم، لعبة المرآة، نشاط التعبير الإيجابي عن الذات، حلقات مشاركة، تقليد الحيوانات، والتعبير عن المشاعر بمواقف محددة.

هالأنشطة بتساعد الأطفال يتعاملوا مع الضغوطات اليوميّة، يبنوا ثقتُن بنفسُن، يقوّوا مهاراتُن الاجتماعيّة، ويكتشفوا قدراتُن ببيئة إيجابيّة. كمان، هالجلسات مصمّمة لتخفّف من تأثير الأزمة وتعزّز قدرة الأطفال على التكيّف والصمود.

البرنامج مفتوح لكل الأطفال بالمجتمع بين عمر 9 و13 سنة، سواء كانوا بالملاجئ الجماعيّة أو بمناطق سكنُن. وكمان في دور مهم للأهل، لذلك رح نعمل جلسات توجيهيّة لنشاركُن أفكار وأدوات عمليّة ليساعدوا ولادُن بالبيت.
هاللّحظات المهمّة بتدعم الصحّة النفسيّة للأطفال وبتخلّيُن يعيشوا الفرح والتواصل والشعور بالأمان رغم كل التحدّيات.

مهارات اليوم… إبداع الغد 📸🎬

ضمن برنامج “مهاراتي، مستقبلي”، التابع ل و بتنفيذ مؤسّسة ميشال ضاهر، شارك عدد من الشّبان والشّابات في تدريب عملي على التصوير الفوتوغرافي والفيديو لاكتساب المهارات الأساسية في إنتاج المحتوى المرئي والإعلام الرقمي، كخطوة أولى نحو مسار مهني مستدام ومبتكر.

وقد شملت هذه المرحلة التدريب على:

* أساسيات التصوير الفوتوغرافي والفيديو

* تقنيات الإضاءة

* استخدام الكاميرات والمعدات الحديثة

* المونتاج و سرد القصص بصريًا بطريقة مؤثرة وجذابة

يشكّل هذا التدريب الانطلاقة نحو مرحلتَي الدعم الماليّ والتّدريب العمليّ، بما يضمن تعزيز مهارات الشباب وإعدادهم لسوق عمل ديناميكي.

لأن الاستثمار في مهارات الشباب اليوم هو بناء لمستقبل أكثر إبداعًا واستدامة غدًا.

As part of “My Skills, My Future” program, implemented by Michel Daher Foundation, youth engaged in a hands-on training in photography and videography. The program equips them with essential skills in visual content creation and digital media marking a first step toward a sustainable and innovative career path.

This phase of the program covered:

• Photography and videography fundamentals

• Lighting techniques

• Hands-on use of cameras and modern equipment

• Editing and visual storytelling in a compelling and impactful way

This training serves as a launchpad for the next phases of financial support and practical experience, ensuring youth continue to strengthen their skills and confidently enter a dynamic job market.

Because investing in youth skills today is an investment in a more creative and sustainable tomorrow.
