Develop the capacities of individuals in their societies. Organize activities for youth. Establish socio-cultural clubs and organize summer camps, awareness activities, and training sessions. Organize cultural, social, scientific and sports activities. Train directors and instructors in the fields of social, cultural, scientific activities, extracurricular and leisure activities. Publish documents concerning education and youth orientation, especially those who fit the association objectives.
