Despite the ceasefire announced in early May 2026, humanitarian needs continue to grow.

Many families remain in collective shelters, while host communities are increasingly struggling under the weight of a prolonged crisis. The challenges did not end with the ceasefire—many vulnerable people still depend on daily support to meet their most basic needs.

At the LSR Central Kitchen, we remain committed to standing by those affected. Every day, our team continues to prepare and distribute thousands of hot meals, ensuring that displaced families, vulnerable individuals, and struggling host communities have access to nutritious food and dignity.

As needs evolve, our commitment remains unchanged: no one should be left behind.

Together, we continue to restore hope—one meal at a time.

Lebanese Social Responsibility (LSR) continues its emergency response through the LSR Central Kitchen, distributing 5,100 hot meals daily to displaced families and vulnerable communities across Lebanon. Needs remain critically high, and our teams remain mobilized to ensure dignified and nutritious meals reach those most affected.

Through its ongoing humanitarian response, Lebanese Social Responsibility (LSR) continues to provide Child Protection (CP) activities, including Psychosocial Support (PSS) and recreational activities for internally displaced children and families across several collective shelters in the Jbeil District.

These activities are implemented in coordination with the Ministry of Social Affairs (MoSA) and the Protection Sector in Lebanon, aiming to support children’s wellbeing, emotional resilience, and safe engagement during displacement and crisis situations.

Behind every project, there is a real impact to measure and a community to listen to.

Through field visits, surveys, and continuous follow-up, we work to ensure that every initiative creates meaningful and lasting change for the people we serve.

At Lebanese Social Responsibility, transparency, quality, and impact remain at the core of our mission.

In every moment of crisis, humanity must come first.
What you see here is more than a response it’s a commitment.

Day after day, we stood beside families, delivering not just meals, but dignity, care, and hope. From our central kitchen to every shelter, every plate carried a message: you are not alone.

This chapter may be closing, but our mission continues to serve, to support, and to rebuild stronger together.

For the people, always.

With the ceasefire announced, we turn the page on one of the most difficult chapters our communities have faced.

Days filled with fear, displacement, and uncertainty… but also with solidarity, resilience, and humanity at its best.

Throughout this crisis, Lebanese Social Responsibility (LSR) remained on the ground, providing thousands of hot meals daily and supporting families across collective shelters, always placing dignity at the heart of our response.

Today marks not the end of our mission, but the beginning of a new phase.

We remain committed to standing by people, supporting safe and dignified returns, and rebuilding hope step by step.

Because even after the crisis ends, our responsibility continues.

For the people, always.

With the announcement of the ceasefire, a moment of hope emerges for thousands of displaced families across Lebanon.

Throughout the crisis, Lebanese Social Responsibility remained on the frontlines, delivering 254,475 hot cooked meals, distributing 5,135 packs of bread, and providing 2,745 items of clothing to those in need.

Once again, LSR has proven its ability to respond rapidly, effectively, and with dignity in the most challenging circumstances.

As we look ahead, we stand committed to supporting the safe and dignified return of internally displaced persons to their homes, and to continuing our mission of resilience, solidarity, and impact.
