في إطار الاستجابة لأزمة النزوح في قضاء الضنية: قامت جمعية الحداثة، بدعم من منظمة من أجل عالم بلا جوع (Welthungerhilfe)، بتوزيع 60 عدة مأوى ووحدات طاقة شمسية (كهروضوئية) لصالح 60 عائلة (300 فرد) في بلدات بقرصونا، بيت الفقس، عين التينة، ونمرين.

تشرفنا اليوم باستقبال سعادة سفير جمهورية كوريا في لبنان، Gyusuk Geon، والوفد المرافق له، إلى جانب وفد من المفوضية السامية للأمم المتحدة لشؤون اللاجئين، وذلك في مركز التنمية المجتمعية في المنية.
ويُدار المركز من قبل جمعية الحداثة بالشراكة مع كاريتاس لبنان، وبدعم وتمويل من المفوضية السامية للأمم المتحدة لشؤون اللاجئين.
هدفت الزيارة إلى الاطلاع على الأنشطة والبرامج والخدمات التي يقدمها المركز، في إطار الجهود المستمرة لدعم المجتمعات الأكثر حاجة، وتعزيز سبل الحماية والتمكين والتنمية المستدامة.
نثمّن هذه الزيارة الكريمة التي تعكس روح التعاون والشراكة الفاعلة بين مختلف الجهات المعنية، بما يسهم في خدمة الإنسان وتعزيز قيم التضامن والمسؤولية المشتركة.

We were honored today to welcome H.E. the Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Lebanon, Gyusuk Geon, accompanied by his delegation, along with a delegation from the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, to the Community Development Center in Minieh.
The center is managed by Al Hadatha Association in partnership with Caritas Lebanon, with the support and funding of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees.
The visit aimed to review the activities, programs, and services provided by the center as part of ongoing efforts to support vulnerable communities and strengthen protection, empowerment, and sustainable development initiatives.
We highly value this visit, which reflects strong collaboration and effective partnership among all stakeholders in the service of humanity and shared responsibility.

مياه آمنة لحياة أفضل: استحداث محطة لتنقية المياه في بلدة المسعودية – سهل عكار لتعزيز البنية التحتية وتحسين الصحة العامة.

في إطار سعي جمعية الحداثة لتعزيز الاستقرار المجتمعي وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة للمجتمع المحلي من اللبنانيين واللاجئين السوريين، قامت الجمعية باستحداث محطة لتنقية المياه في بلدة المسعودية – سهل عكار، بهدف تحسين جودة المياه وتأمين وصول آمن ومستدام لها.

تأتي هذه المبادرة ضمن مشروع “تحسين المرونة الاجتماعية والاقتصادية للمجتمعات الضعيفة المضيفة واللاجئين في لبنان”، الممول من الوزارة الاتحادية الألمانية للتعاون الاقتصادي والتنمية (BMZ) وبالشراكة مع منظمة “عالم بلا جوع” (Welthungerhilfe)، والمنفذ من قبل جمعية الحداثة في قرى وبلدات محافظات عكار، شمال لبنان، وبعلبك-الهرمل.

تُعد هذه المبادرة ثمرة مسح الاحتياجات والجلسات التشاورية التي نفذتها الجمعية مع أفراد المجتمع المحلي، والتي عكست أولوية تحسين خدمات المياه في البلدة. وقد تم الاتفاق على تنفيذ هذه المبادرة التنموية بهدف تعزيز البنية التحتية لقطاع المياه، بما يسهم في تحسين الصحة العامة وظروف المعيشة للسكان، ويعزز مقومات الصمود المجتمعي.

Safe Water for Better Living: Establishment of a Water Purification Station in Al-Masoudiyeh – Akkar Plain to Strengthen Infrastructure and Improve Public Health.**

As part of Hadatha Association’s efforts to promote social stability and achieve sustainable development for the local community of Lebanese and Syrian refugees, the association has established a water purification station in Al-Masoudiyeh – Akkar Plain, aiming to improve water quality and ensure safe and sustainable access.

This initiative falls under the project “Improving Social and Economic Resilience of Vulnerable Host Communities and Refugees in Lebanon,” funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), in partnership with Welthungerhilfe, and implemented by Hadatha Association in villages and towns across Akkar, North Lebanon, and Baalbek-Hermel.

The initiative is the outcome of a needs assessment and community consultations conducted by the association, which highlighted the priority of improving water services in the town. The development intervention aims to strengthen water infrastructure, contributing to improved public health, better living conditions, and enhanced community resilience.
