استجابة إنسانية عاجلة في القاسمية: سلال غذائية للعائلات الصامدة في ظل التصعيد
Emergency Food Response Supports Resilient Households in Qasmieh Amid Rising Risks
رغم إنذارات الإخلاء والمخاطر المتزايدة في مناطق صور، ولدعم العائلات الصامدة في منازلها، قامت جمعية مساواة بتنفيذ عملية توزيع مساعدات غذائية اليوم الجمعة 10 نيسان/أبريل 2026 في تجمع القاسمية – جنوب لبنان، حيث تم استهداف 428 عائلة من الأسر الصامدة في التجمع، من خلال توزيع سلال غذائية تلبي الاحتياجات الأساسية، وذلك في ظل الظروف الاقتصادية والمعيشية الصعبة التي يواجهها السكان.
وجرى تنفيذ عملية التوزيع بالتعاون الوثيق مع اللجان الشعبية في التجمع، التي لعبت دورًا أساسيًا في تنظيم العملية وتسهيل وصول المساعدات إلى مستحقيها، لا سيما الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة وكبار السن، بما يضمن شمول الفئات الأكثر ضعفًا وعدم استثنائها من الدعم.
وأشارت اللجان الشعبية إلى أن تجمع القاسمية لم يتلقَّ أي تدخلات إنسانية سابقة خلال الفترة الأخيرة، مؤكدين أن هذه المبادرة تُعد الأولى من نوعها في المنطقة، حيث كانت جمعية مساواة الجهة الوحيدة التي استجابت لاحتياجات السكان في هذا التوقيت الحرج.
من جهتهم، عبّر الأهالي عن امتنانهم لهذه الاستجابة، مشيرين إلى صعوبة الأوضاع المعيشية، خاصة في ظل توقف الأعمال الزراعية التي يعتمد عليها معظم السكان كمصدر دخل أساسي، ما أدى إلى فقدان فرص العمل. كما لفتوا إلى التحديات المرتبطة ببعد التجمع عن أماكن شراء المواد الغذائية، إضافة إلى المخاطر المرتبطة بالتنقل في المنطقة، ما يزيد من صعوبة تأمين الاحتياجات اليومية.
وقد تمت عملية التوزيع بسلاسة وتنظيم، بفضل التعاون الكبير من قبل أعضاء اللجان الشعبية، الذين ساهموا بشكل فعّال في إنجاح النشاط وضمان وصول المساعدات بشكل آمن وكريم إلى جميع المستفيدين.
Despite evacuation warnings and increasing risks in Tyre areas, and in support of families remaining steadfast in their homes, Mousawat Association carried out a food assistance distribution on Friday, 10 April 2026, in Qasmieh Gathering – South Lebanon, targeting 428 resilient households through the provision of food parcels covering essential needs, in light of the severe economic and living conditions faced by residents.
The distribution was implemented in close coordination with the local popular committees, which played a key role in organizing the process and facilitating access to beneficiaries, particularly persons with disabilities and elderly individuals, ensuring the inclusion of the most vulnerable groups.
According to the popular committees, Qasmieh Gathering had not received any prior humanitarian support in recent periods, noting that this intervention represents the first of its kind in the area, with Mousawat Association being the only organization to respond to the community’s needs at this critical time.
Residents expressed their appreciation for the support, highlighting the deterioration of living conditions, especially due to the suspension of agricultural work, which constitutes the primary source of income for most households. They also emphasized challenges related to the remoteness of the area from markets and the risks associated with movement, making access to food supplies increasingly difficult.
The distribution process was conducted in an organized and smooth manner, thanks to the strong cooperation of the popular committees, whose active engagement contributed significantly to the success of the activity and ensured safe and dignified delivery of assistance to all beneficiaries.
