Our vision is to see women and girls living with dignity, free from patriarchy's constraints. Through our mission, we drive social-behavioral changes, build movements, produce and disseminate knowledge, an

d advocate for policy reform. We embrace diversity, transparency, and accountability, promoting solidarity and recognizing intersectionality. Our approach is participatory and transformative, supporting women and girls to be active agents of change. We value decentralization, allowing local communities to lead on their rights and priorities. Objectives:

FEMALE has specific objectives to achieve our vision. We contribute to strengthening and expanding local and regional feminist movements. We challenge violence stemming from socio-political misconceptions, attitudes, and practices against women and girls. We reclaim all spaces and rights, physical and virtual, to ensure safety and inclusivity. Additionally, we prioritize our organizational development, enhancing our structure, governance, and operational capacities.

في ظل استمرار النزوح، تواصل منظمة فيمايل دعم النساء والفتيات في مراكز الإيواء والمجتمعات المتضررة، من خلال توفير مستلزمات النظافة الأساسية، وجلسات التوعية والحماية، وخدمات إدارة الحالات عبر خط الدعم: 81111456.

خلال الأزمات والحروب، تصبح إدارة الدورة الشهرية والوصول إلى مستلزمات النظافة تحدياً يومياً للنساء والفتيات، خاصة في أماكن النزوح المكتظة ومراكز الإيواء.

تسعى هذه الاستجابة إلى تعزيز الوصول إلى الدعم والحماية والخدمات الأساسية للنساء والفتيات، في ظل تزايد المخاطر التي تواجههن خلال النزوح.

Despite ongoing displacement, FEMALE continues to support women and girls in shelters and affected communities through the provision of essential hygiene kits, protection and awareness sessions, and case management services through our support helpline: 81111456.

During crises and war, menstrual hygiene management and access to basic hygiene supplies become daily challenges for women and girls, particularly in overcrowded shelters and displacement settings.

This response aims to strengthen access to support, protection, and essential services for women and girls amid the increased risks they face during displacement.

رغم إعلان وقف إطلاق النار،
لا تزال العديد من العائلات، والنساء والفتيات، في حالة نزوح،
يعيشون في المدارس، مراكز الإيواء، وعلى الطرقات.
تواصل منظمة فيمايل، مع فرقها ومتطوعاتها،
تنفيذ الاستجابة الطارئة في الشوف، عاليه، شمال لبنان، بيروت وصيدا،
من خلال توزيع المساعدات الأساسية، بما في ذلك مستلزمات النظافة، السلال الغذائية، الفرش، وحقائب الاستجابة السريعة،
إضافة إلى تقديم جلسات الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي.
كما توفّر فيمايل خدمات إدارة الحالات للنساء و الفتيات الناجيات من العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي، في ظل تزايد المخاطر عليهن خلال الأزمات،

Despite the ceasefire,
many families, women, and girls remain displaced,
living in schools, shelters, and on the streets.
FEMALE, alongside its teams and volunteers,
continues to implement its emergency response across Chouf, Aley, North Lebanon, Beirut, and Saida,
through the distribution of essential assistance, including hygiene kits, food parcels, mattresses, and rapid response kits,
as well as the provision of psychosocial support sessions.
FEMALE also provides case management services for women and girls survivors of gender-based violence, especially in light of the increased risks they face during crisis.

تواصل منظمة فيمايل عملها على الأرض لدعم النساء والفتيات في مراكز الإيواء والمجتمعات المتضررة.

تُنفّذ هذه الاستجابة بالتعاون مع صندوق الأمم المتحدة للسكان في لبنان،
وتركّز على تلبية الاحتياجات الأساسية وتعزيز الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي،
إضافة إلى تقديم خدمات إدارة الحالات والحماية للنساء والفتيات في ظل الحرب والنزوح.

نواصل العمل لضمان وصول الدعم إلى من هنّ في أمسّ الحاجة إليه.

As part of the emergency response in Lebanon,
FEMALE continues its on-the-ground work to support women and girls in shelters and affected communities.

This response is implemented in collaboration with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA),

focusing on addressing essential needs while providing psychosocial support,
as well as case management and protection services for women and girls affected by war and displacement.

We continue working to ensure support reaches those who need it most.⁩

تواصل منظمة فيمايل استجابتها على الأرض للوصول إلى النساء والفتيات والأسر النازحة في أماكن النزوح الأكثر هشاشة.
تُنفّذ هذه الاستجابة بالتعاون مع منظمة اليونيسف في لبنان، وتركّز على تلبية الاحتياجات الطارئة وتعزيز الوصول إلى الخدمات الأساسية.
وصلنا إلى أكثر من 2,698 عائلة بين صيدا وبيروت.
نواصل الاستجابة لضمان وصول الدعم إلى من هم في أمسّ الحاجة إليه.

FEMALE continues its on-the-ground response to reach displaced women, girls, and families in the most vulnerable displacement settings.
This response is implemented in collaboration with UNICEF Lebanon, focusing on addressing urgent needs and improving access to essential services.
We have reached over 2,698 families across Saida and Beirut.
We continue to respond to ensure support reaches those who need it most.

بقلوبٍ مثقلة بالحزن، ننعى الرفيقة والصديقة، المتطوّعة في منظمة “فيمايل”، المحامية ، التي استشهدت جرّاء غارة إسرائيلية استهدفت منطقة عرمون فجر اليوم.
شاركت غدير كناشطة ومتطوّعة في أكثر من مبادرة.
فكانت جزءًا من برنامج العيادة القانونية، ومن الناشطات معنا في مجال تقديم الدعم القانوني للنساء الناجيات من العنف. وكان من المفترض أن تكون واحدة من الباحثات الميدانيات للعمل على المناصرة، بعد أن ساهمت في إعداد بحث بعنوان: “قضايا النساء أمام المحاكم في لبنان” بهدف تغيير واقع النساء. لكن اليوم فقدناها.
وخلال حرب 2024، كانت من المتطوعات في الاستجابة الإنسانية، وبقيت في الميدان إلى جانب النساء والناجيات، تقدّم لهنّ الدعم والمساندة.
اليوم لا نفقد فقط متطوّعة، بل نفقد شابة شجاعة ومناضلة من مجتمعنا النسوي، رفيقةً آمنت بحق النساء في العدالة ووقفت إلى جانبهن في أصعب اللحظات.
وللأسف، ليست هذه المرة الأولى التي تقتل فيها إسرائيل أشخاصًا من مجتمعنا. فخلال الحرب الأخيرة أيضًا، قُتلت ، الطفلة البالغة من العمر 14 عامًا، من فريقنا لكرة القدم.
نكتب هذه الكلمات ونحن مثقلات بالحزن، وممسكات بالخوف على مجتمعنا وأحبّتنا، وبالقلق من كمّ الأرواح التي قد نفقدها خلال هذه الحرب. فكل خسارة تترك جرحًا عميقًا في قلوبنا.

ستبقى غدير حاضرة في ذاكرتنا ونضالنا، وسنحمل أثرها معنا في كل خطوة نخطوها من أجل العدالة والكرامة للنساء.
