Lions Libanus Club – Ras Beirut branch partnered with Banin Charity Association - جمعية بنين الخيرية to donate blankets for displaced families in need. We visited Banin’s offices to hand over the blankets, confident that their incredible team will ensure they reach those who need them most. We are especially grateful for Banin’s team, and a heartfelt thank you goes to Hala Karaki for her dedication and unwavering support in making this initiative a success. A special thank you as well to the amazing actress Bernadette Houdeib for joining us and supporting this cause. Her tireless efforts in helping those in need continue to inspire us all. Together, we can make a difference. 💙

As we bid farewell to the holy month of Ramadan and prepare to celebrate Eid al-Fitr, we reflect on the blessings of this sacred time and the spirit of compassion that defines it. On the 6th of April, we had the honor of hosting a special event to spread love and joy to those in need.

We welcomed 75 orphans to join us for a day filled with happiness, laughter, and cherished memories. At the Lions charity center, these incredible children enjoyed a delightful Iftar followed by an entertaining movie and distribution of gifts and snacks. It was aday of pure happiness that warmed our hearts and reaffirmed the importance of spreading kindness during this blessed month.

On this joyous occasion of Eid, we express our deepest gratitude to everyone who contributed to the success of this event and made it possible for us to brighten the lives of these wonderful children. We extend our heartfelt thanks to International Director Lion Engineer Samir Abou Samra, FVDG Joseph Abou Khalil, Committee President Lion Joe Taoutel, Actress Bernadette Houdeib, and all the Lion club members & friends who generously supported and attended the event. Your presence and dedication were instrumental in making this event a memorable and uplifting experience.

أقام نادي ليونز ليبانوس- فرع رأس بيروت برئاسة ألكساندرا يوسف افطار رمضان لثمانين سيدة متعفِّفة، تزامناً مع عيد الأم في بيت العطاء الليونزي في بلدية سن الفيل. حضر الإفطار نائبا الحاكم جوزف ابو خليل وميشال حسون والحكام السابقين المهندس مرشد الحاج شاهين ووليد بشارة ومنسقة LCIF في المنطقة 351 الليون المحامية كارول الراسي ورئيس لجنة بيت العطاء الليونزي الليون جو توتل.
شكر خاص لليون الدكتور نبيل جعفر الذي أغنى النشاط بعزف من وحي الشهر الكريم كما جزيل الشكر لكل من الليون الدكتور سليم عقل، الليون نديم يونس، الليون الدكتور غيث مكداشي، الليون رهام كجك، الليون نجاح حسيني، الليون روضة جارودي و الليون المحامية افروديت حديب وكل عام وانتم بخير

شارك نادي ليونز ليبانوس فرع راس بيروت برئاسة ألكساندرا يوسف بحملة المغرب بالقلب التي أطلقتها جمعية أندية الليونز الدولية في المنطقة ٣٥١.
ويرأس الحملة الحاكم السابق وليد بشارة وقد خصصت تبرعات الحملة لإنشاء قسم جديد داخل إحدى دور الأيتام في مراكش لإيواء الاطفال بعد الزلزال المدمر الذي ضرب المغرب في أيلول الماضي.
وقد جرى لقاء في فندق هيلتون حبتور سن الفيل برعاية نائب رئيس مجلس النواب الياس بو صعب وحضور وزراء وسفير المغرب حيث أعلن عن نتائج الحملة التي بلغت ٣٠ الف دولار اميركي.

PDG Kamil Fenianos was not just a leader; he was a guiding light who played an instrumental role in supporting our journey as Lions and Leos.
