The NAFS programme is meant to present to the various national, regional & international stakeholders viable solutions and workable scenarios to serve as alternative solutions. The findings of the policy papers are not meant to substitute political discussions and are not in any shape or form meant to impose solutions, nor to support or undermine the legitimacy of any stakeholder. AFS Programme has an open and inclusive approach engaging all stakeholders in the process. However the NAFS Programme is bias towards those in breach with the universal principles of human rights. The NAFS programme is developed by ESCWA in collaboration with various partners within Syria to anticipate technical challenges facing the post-conflict transition especially with consideration to their impact and implications on regional development and stability
يقدم برنامج الاجندة الوطنية لمستقبل سوريا عديد من الحلول والسيناريوهات المحتملة العملية الى السوريين والاطراف المعنية بالشان السوري لتغني وتخدم وتساهم في دفع عملية الحوارات القائمة خلال هذه المرحلة. لاتشكل هذه والسيناريوهات والطروحات بديلا عن اي طرف سياسيى كان ولا فرضا على دور اي احد من الاطراف ولا لتقلل من شريعة اي من الاطراف.
لذلك, البرنامج يشكل منصة تشاركيه منفتحة على الاطراف كافة العاملة في الشأن السوري. ويأخذ البرنامج مكانا منحازا من الاطراف التي لا تؤمن بالمبادىء العالمية لحقوق الانسان. انشىء برنامج "الاجندة الوطنية لمستقبل سوريا" ويعمل تحت مظلة منظمة الاسكوا بالتعاون مع اطراف دوليين لتقييم التحديات وتوقع سيناريوهات عملية وحلول لتحديات واثارها ستواجه البلد والمنطقة على مستوى التنمية في مرحلة مابعد انتهاء النزاع في سوريا.
