WEC Lebanon National Committee The Lebanon Committee of the World Energy Council promotes sustainable energy through an active involvement in the WEC global energy network.

Founded in 1923, WEC is a global, non-profit, multi-energy membership organization which represents all forms of energy and is widely recognized as the global voice of the energy industry. As a fact-based advocate, WEC works to represent the collective wisdom of energy leaders around the world and thus plays a significant role in influencing long-term policies and strategies that have impact now a

nd for years to come. The WEC Lebanon Committee strives to create a national energy society platform in Lebanon for experts to meet, discuss, and lobby towards the adoption of sustainable energy policies in the country.
