It begins with a flower from Ramallah.
A motif carried through generations, now winding its way onto hand-woven Najaf wool through the skill of Palestinian women artisans in Lebanon.
Slowly, carefully, the Ward Rumi begins to bloom, one stitch after another. Followed by beads delicately embedded into the embroidery, catching the light between the threads.
Skills, rooted in tradition, creating something entirely new.
Offered by those made it to those who will treasure it, from one generation to the next, like the tatreez that decorates it.

تبدأ الحكاية من زهرة تحمل اسم رام الله.
نقشٌ فلسطيني عبر الأجيال، ليجد اليوم مكانه على صوف النجف المنسوج يدوياً، بين أيدي حرفيّات فلسطينيات في مخيمات لبنان.
غرزة بعد غرزة، تتفتّح زهور رومي رام الله، وتتداخل معها الخرزات لتمنح التطريز بريقاً هادئاً وحضوراً معاصراً.
ثم تغادر القطعة يد من صنعتها، لتبدأ حكاية جديدة مع من ترتديها.
هكذا يبقى التراث حيّاً؛ ينتقل من يد إلى يد، ومن حكاية إلى أخرى، ويجد دائماً مكانه في الحاضر.
