The Lebanese International Business Council (LIBC) was established by Dr. Nassib Fawaz in 1999 under the decree No. 4 dated 4/12/1999 issued by the Ministry of Interior. The council invites Lebanese researchers, journalists, professionals, and other prominent individuals worldwide to be part of its global network, and it encourages and believes in a diverse membership that represents a variety of backgrounds, which will transcend the boundaries of various nationalities, divisive politics, and sectarianism.
