In 1997, as Lebanon was emerging from the stems of the devastating 18-years civil war, Lebanese Dr. Fouad Makhzoumi was convicted that the community needs empowering resources to rebuild and jump start its economy and educational systems. With the first motto that says LEBANESE TOGETHER AGAIN, he initiated the road to where we stand now in helping thousands of citizens to voice their concerns and practice their aspirations.

في ظل الأزمات والتحديات الإنسانية المتزايدة، يبقى التعافي المستدام أساس بناء مجتمعات أكثر صمودًا. ضمن فعاليات المؤتمر الدولي الرابع للدبلوماسية الإنسانية ٢٠٢٦، شارك مدير عام مؤسسة مخزومي السيد سامر الصفح في جلسة حول التعافي المستدام ودور الدبلوماسية الإنسانية بعد الأزمات، مستعرضًا تجربة المؤسسة في الانتقال من الاستجابة الطارئة إلى برامج مستدامة.
As crises and humanitarian challenges continue to grow, sustainable recovery remainس essential to building resilient communities. تنوّعت استجابة فرق مؤسسة مخزومي بحسب المكان والواقع، فكانت الوجبات الساخنة تصل مباشرة إلى مراكز الإيواء والمدارس ومدينة كميل شمعون الرياضية، حيث الحاجة يومية وفورية، بينما كانت المواد الغذائية تُنقل إلى العائلات عبر أنشطة الوصول الميداني، لتصل إلى من هم خارج هذه المراكز. أكثر من 50,000 وجبة ساخنة ومواد غذائية تصنع فرقًا في حياة العائلات. #معًا_من_أجل_لبنان
Makhzoumi Foundation teams adapted their response to each location and reality. Hot meals were delivered directly to shelters, schools, and the Camil Chamoun sports city, where needs are immediate and daily, while food items were distributed to families through outreach activities, reaching those outside these centers. More than 50,000 hot meals and food items are making a difference in the lives of families.

تنطلق فعاليات المؤتمر الدولي الرابع للدبلوماسية الإنسانية لعام ٢٠٢٦ تحت عنوان "الدبلوماسية الإنسانية نحو مجتمعات أكثر مناعة"، بتنظيم من المركز الدولي للدبلوماسية الإنسانية التابع للشبكة الإقليمية للمسؤولية المجتمعية، وبمشاركة نخبة من الخبراء والمؤسسات والجهات الفاعلة في المجال الإنساني والتنموي. وتفتخر مؤسسة مخزومي بمشاركتها في هذا المؤتمر الدولي، من خلال تقديم ورقة نقاش بعنوان "التعافي المستدام ودور الدبلوماسية الإنسانية بعد الأزمات"، تأكيدًا على أهمية تعزيز الشراكات الإنسانية وبناء مجتمعات أكثر قدرة على الصمود والتعافي المستدام.
The 4th International Conference on Humanitarian Diplomacy 2026 will launch under the theme “Humanitarian Diplomacy Towards More Resilient Communities,” organized by the International Center for Humanitarian Diplomacy, affiliated with the Regional Network for Social Responsibility, and bringing together leading experts, institutions, and key actors in the humanitarian and development sectors. Makhzoumi Foundation is proud to participate in this international conference by presenting a discussion paper entitled “Sustainable Recovery and the Role of Humanitarian Diplomacy After Crises,” reaffirming the importance of strengthening humanitarian partnerships and building more resilient communities capable of sustainable recovery. الشبكة الإقليمية للمسؤولية الاجتماعية

تبقى الرعاية الصحية الأولية شريان حياة أساسي للمجتمعات في الأزمات، حيث توفر خدمات صحية متاحة ومستدامة ووقائية تحمي الأرواح، وتحفظ الكرامة، وتعزز صمود الأنظمة الصحية.في عام 2025، قدّم برنامج الرعاية الصحية (HCP) 48,424 خدمة ووصل إلى 11,753 مستفيدًا; وذلك استنادًا إلى تقرير نهاية العام الماضي.
Primary healthcare remains a critical lifeline for communities in crisis, providing accessible, continuous, and preventive care that protects lives, preserves dignity, and strengthens health system resilience. In 2025, the Healthcare Program (HCP) delivered 48,424 services and reached 11,753 beneficiaries; based on last year’s end-of-year report.

في فندق رودان، تواصلت أنشطة الدعم خلال شهر نيسان عبر زيارتين نفذتهما فرق مؤسسة مخزومي، ركّزت على دعم الأطفال والعائلات داخل مركز الإيواء. شملت الأنشطة جلسات ترفيهية للأطفال، إلى جانب جلسات توعية حول العنف القائم على النوع الاجتماعي، والإسعاف النفسي الأولي، والدعم النفسي والاجتماعي. وقد استفاد من هذه الجهود ما مجموعه 82 شخصًا داخل الفندق. #معًا_من_أجل_لبنان
At Rodan Hotel, support activities continued throughout April through two visits carried out by Makhzoumi Foundation teams, focusing on supporting children and families within the shelter. The activities included recreational sessions for children, alongside awareness sessions on gender-based violence, psychological first aid, and psychosocial support. A total of 82 people benefited from these efforts within the hotel.
