عملت سارة زين أستاذةً لمادة المسرح في عدد من المدارس، كما قادت ورش عمل تدريبية بالتعاون مع مؤسسات عدّة، منها: الجنى، النجدة الشعبية، I Leaf Art، ومؤسسة العمل للأمل. حاصلة على دبلوم في اللغة العربية وآدابها (2011)، وإجازة في المسرح (2010)، وتتابع حالياً دراستها لنيل درجة الماجستير في المسرح في الجامعة اليسوعية في بيروت. إلى جانب عملها التربوي، عملت سارة طبيبةً مهرّجة (Clown Doctor)، ومحركةَ دمى، وشاركت كممثلة في عدد من العروض المسرحية، من بينها: «عنبرة»، «فوق الصفر»، و«الجانب الآخر من الحديقة». بين عامَي 2017 و2025، أخرجت أربعة عروض ضمن مسرح الحكي (Storytelling)، هي: «حُمرة»، «حرير»، «بعدنا عايشين»، و«فرط الرمّان». وفي عام 2023، كتبت وأخرجت أول عمل مسرحي مستقل لها بعنوان «مُنتهى اللعب»، بدعم من برنامج . سارة هي أيضاً كاتبة شعر محكي، صدر لها عملان: «خطاب» (2018)، و«مدينة الحرس» (2020). وتشغل منذ عام 2015 منصب مديرة برامج في مؤسسة العمل للأمل.

Sara Zein holds a diploma in Arabic Language and Literature (2011) and a Bachelor's degree in Theater (2010). She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Theater at Saint Joseph University in Beirut. She has worked as a theater teacher in several schools and has led training workshops with various organizations, including Al Jana, Al-Najdeh, I Leaf Art, and Action for Hope. Sara has also worked as a Clown Doctor, a puppeteer, and has performed as an actress in several theater productions, including Anbara, Above Zero, and The Other Side of the Garden. Between 2017 and 2025, she directed four storytelling performances: Rouge, Silk, Still Surviving, and Scattered Pomegranate Seeds. In 2023, she wrote and directed her first independent theater production titled “Over Gaming”. She is also a Spoken Word poetry writer and has produced two works: Speech (2018) and The Guard City (2020). In addition, Sara has been working as a Program Manager at Action for Hope since 2015.
