وراء أرقام الصندوق البلدي المستقل… كيف تتوزّع الحصص؟ 🔎

من عائدات عام 2023، تبلغ حصة الدفاع المدني نحو 2.68 مليون دولار، فيما تتقاسم نحو 640 بلدية صغيرة 5.09 مليون دولار بالتساوي، بحصة تقارب 7,954 دولارًا لكل بلدية.

وقد تُقتطع من حصة البلدية مستحقات لم تسدّدها لاتحاد البلديات، وتُحوَّل مباشرةً إلى صندوق الاتحاد.

Behind the Independent Municipal Fund’s figures… how are the shares distributed? 🔎

Of the fund’s 2023 revenues, Civil Defense receives around $2.68 million, while approximately 640 small municipalities share $5.09 million equally—about $7,954 per municipality.

Unpaid dues owed to a union of municipalities may also be deducted from a municipality’s share and transferred directly to the union’s fund.

‎بعد تداول خبر إقفال محكمة شحيم بسبب مستحقات الإيجار، ونفي وكيل مالكي المبنى هذا الخبر، نعود إلى البيانات: 19 مقرًا ومساحةً مستأجرة، ببدلات سنوية واردة في العقود تبلغ نحو 546 مليون ليرة، وبعض الإيجارات يعود إلى عام 1980.

رغم ارتفاع المبالغ بالليرة، بقيت الزلوطية الأقل حصّة من الصندوق البلدي المستقل في 2022 و2023، فيما بلغت حصّة بيروت نحو 4,657 ضعف حصّتها في 2023.

7 municipalities remained among the ten receiving the smallest allocations… for two consecutive years 📉

Despite higher amounts in Lebanese pounds, Zalloutiyeh received the smallest allocation from the Independent Municipal Fund in both 2022 and 2023. In 2023, Beirut’s allocation was approximately 4,657 times that of Zalloutiyeh.

7.3 ملايين دولار لاتحادات البلديات… كيف توزّعت؟ 🏘️💰

من عائدات الصندوق البلدي المستقل لعام 2023، خُصّص نحو 4.38 ملايين دولار وفق عدد السكان، و2.92 مليون دولار لمشاريع التنمية والدروس.

تصدّر اتحاد بلديات الفيحاء الحصص وفق عدد السكان، تلاه اتحاد بلديات قضاء صور ثم الشقيف. أمّا مخصّصات التنمية، فنالت 11 اتحادًا مجتمعةً 44% منها، مقابل 56% للاتحادات الـ50 الباقية.

$7.3 million for municipal unions… how was it distributed? 🏘️💰

From the Independent Municipal Fund’s 2023 revenues, around $4.38 million was allocated based on population and $2.92 million for development projects and studies.

Al-Fayhaa received the largest population-based share, followed by the unions of municipalities of Tyre District and Al-Shaqif. As for development allocations, 11 unions together received 44%, while the remaining 50 shared 56%.
