L'Ecoute NGO L'Ecoute NGO is a non-profit association recognized by ministerial decree no.46/ad, for the service of the deaf people and persons with special needs.

Nous recyclons afin d'auto-financer l'association et aider les personnes handicapées en général et particulièrement les personnes sourdes

Le projet de l'association a commencé dans le cœur et par une action d'entraide sociale en 1990. En 1995 le logo a été créé. Partant des besoins le nom de «L'Ecoute» a jailli des cœurs en 1998, l'association L'Ecoute voit donc le jour officiellement en Août 199

9. A ses débuts, L'Ecoute s‘occupait des jeunes sourds, mais devant la multitude des besoins des personnes avec différents handicaps ainsi que des grands malades, une réforme du règlement s'impose, ainsi qu'un nouvel enregistrement auprès du Ministère de l'Intérieur Libanais.
«L'Ecoute» devient une organisation non gouvernementale à but non lucratif, restructurée et reconnue sous Décret Ministériel N° 46/ad. En 2007 L'Ecoute a décidé de ne pas être sourde aux besoins d’autrui. C’est pour celà que notre slogan est devenu notre but:
«Entendre tout le monde mais écouter les plus démunis»

L’Ecoute s’occupe des personnes porteuses d’handicaps et vise à:

- Promouvoir leurs insertions socio-culturelles.
- Favoriser leurs insertions professionnelles.
- Favoriser leurs besoins de communications.
- Créer un service de dépistage précoce et d'orientation. Dans un esprit d'expansion et d'ouverture, la vision de L'Ecoute internationale commence à pointer à l'horizon ; en 2008 L'Ecoute-Suisse voit le jour, en 2013 en Egypte
