Our mission is to encourage talented and passionate audiovisual artists, to give them space and tools to unveil their own original cinematic language. In the film lab, authenticity and intuition are the compass by which we ground ourselves and co-create with life what can only be manifested through each and everyone of us: our unique audio-visual expressions of our personal emotions and depiction

of life. The intuitive filmlab invites and guides the artists to find the audio visual anatomy of their emotions & intuitively transform it into a film, with only one compass to follow: authenticity

I watch films and try to occasionally make them. I enjoy introducing myself to new cultures, specifically through food. I try to surround myself with nature as much as I can. I take photos on film which makes it more significant and meaningful. I preserve family archives so that one day I show them to my children. جاد

The Intuitive Film Lab 2026 Theme: WAR

War has become part of our collective reality. It surrounds us, shapes our landscapes, and echoes through our daily lives. But is war only something that exists outside of us?

This year, the Intuitive Film Lab turns its gaze inward again!

We invite participants to explore the wars we carry within: the conflicts between fear and trust, control and surrender, memory and presence, self-doubt and self-love. Through an intuitive creative process, these inner battlegrounds will be witnessed, dissected, expressed, and transformed.

Over the course of the lab, nine audiovisual artists will each create an experimental intuitive short film, using cinema as a space for inquiry, healing, and revelation.

Together, we will ask:

What happens when the war within is finally seen?
What becomes possible when conflict is transformed into creation?

Nine artists. Nine journeys. Nine intuitive audiovisual short films.

Good news.  We are extending the submission deadline for the Intuitive Film Lab 2026, giving more filmmakers the opportunity to answer the call and join this unique creative journey.  We are also happy to announce that the 2026 edition will take place in the Fall when nature slows down, during October–November 2026.  The Intuitive Film Lab is a space to reconnect with your authentic creative voice, develop trust in your intuition, and discover a cinematic language that is uniquely your own.  If you’ve been feeling the pull to create from a deeper place, this is your invitation.  Applications remain open. We look forward to welcoming a new group of filmmakers ready to embark on this transformative cinematic adventure.

The intuitive filmlab is not for everyone.  If you’re looking for formulas, this is not your place.  If you want approval, validation, or clear answers… this will frustrate you.  Here, you will doubt. You will get lost. You will question everything you thought you knew about creating.  But—  if you’re ready to let go of control, if you’re ready to listen inward, if you’re ready to meet yourself through cinema…  then maybe this is for you.  Intuitive Film Lab — Open for submissions until June 30th 2026
