Building real partnerships with the local community! 🌟
We had a great time at the Women SEEDS info session in Der Qanoun Ras el Ain, organized in close coordination with the Der Qanoun Municipality and the Tyre Municipality Union. It was wonderful to be joined by our enthusiastic trainees, the Mayor, Mr. Soubhi Siklawi, and local municipality figures.
Following opening words from SBT and the Mayor, we walked the attendees through the project's upcoming roadmap. Because accountability is at the core of our work, we dedicated a session to explaining SBT's official complaints and feedback mechanism. The highlight of the day was the wonderful networking and warm discussions between our team and the women over refreshments. Thank you to everyone who joined us!

During our follow-up with Sphere Building Tomorrow, participants shared how the practical tools gained through the training are strengthening the implementation of Conflict Sensitivity Action Plans in the complex contexts where they work. Because meaningful learning is not just about gaining knowledge—it’s about turning it into action and impact.

Together, we continue strengthening the capacity of humanitarian and development actors to understand context, minimize unintended harm, and maximize positive impact.
