With the support of the Disaster Risk Reduction Director at Tyre, we explore the project’s vital role in the region, while our Food Security Officer provides insight into the technical standards that ensure every intervention is safe, dignified, and accountable. From the frontlines, the Chef at the Tyre Community Kitchen shares the dedication that goes into preparing every meal for those in need. By covering every aspect of this mission, from food preparation to field oversight, this intervention demonstrates our commitment to resilient and reliable aid, all made possible through the essential funding of the Lebanon Humanitarian Fund (LHF).
يُسلط هذا الفيديو الضوء على الجهود الشاملة لمشروعنا الخاص بالأمن الغذائي بين آب ٢٠٢٥ وكانون الثاني ٢٠٢٦، مستعرضاً الرحلة الكاملة من التنسيق الاستراتيجي وصولاً إلى قلب المطبخ المجتمعي. بالتنسيق مع مدير وحدة إدارة الكوارث في صور، نستعرض الدور الحيوي للمشروع في المنطقة، بينما تقدم مسؤولة الأمن الغذائي رؤية حول المعايير التقنية التي تضمن أن يكون كل تدخل آمناً وكريماً وخاضعاً للمساءلة. ومن الخطوط الأمامية، يشارك شيف المطبخ المجتمعي في صور التفاني الذي يوضع في إعداد كل وجبة للمحتاجين. ومن خلال تغطية كافة جوانب هذه المهمة، من تحضير الطعام إلى الإشراف الميداني، يؤكد هذا التدخل التزامنا بتقديم مساعدات مرنة وموثوقة، كل ذلك بفضل التمويل الأساسي من صندوق الإنساني للبنان (LHF).
