Also it shall be registered in USA as a 501(c)(3) public foundation, so that it can receive tax deductible contributions. Concept

This foundation shall develop the concept of the social responsibility in a way to change it from mere donations that end when its circumstance ends, to a concept that is built on the continuous benefit from the benevolent deed as an investment in the development of the capabilities of those who are in need among our people.
