Greenocratic Organization is a recently active Lebanese NGO in the field of environment conceived to reach a healthy atmosphere primarily for Lebanon and generally for the entire Planet. After launching its activities with the innovative Blue Whale which is a boat with a unique capacity of collecting waste and garbage from the sea through a distinctive and advanced technology, Greenocratic Organiz
ation is pleased to present its second project Let’s do it! The idea of this project originated from the historical achievement of Estonia in 2008 after strenuous and failed attempts over years since gaining independence to clean that country, where Estonia was considered the dumpster of the Soviet Union during the cold war.
“Let’s do it! Lebanon” Event
The “Let’s do it! Lebanon” event will be held on 21st april 2013 with a sole goal of cleaning Lebanon only in One day! Project:
The project is divided into 5 phases:
• Launch Preparations:
Communication with all non-governmental associations, civil society associations, all the concerned ministries, and all municipalities in Lebanon.
• Launch Conference:
All contacted parties will be gathered and introduced to “Let’s do it! Lebanon” event and they will be notified of their respective responsibilities, needs and preparations for the D day.
• Preparations for the D day of “Let’s do it! Lebanon”:
Waste Mapping:
Pictures and accurate location of illegal dumpsites will be uploaded on a special application called World Waste Mapping that can be downloaded on IPhone and Android phones. This map will assist the volunteers in planning and organizing for a more efficient cleaning. Logistics:
Each region and each group of volunteers must ensure appropriate logistics, transportation and communication that are mandatory to complete the work to the fullest; as well as at the end of the cleaning day in order to remove waste bags from previously selected collection areas. Marketing and advertising:
The “Let’s do it! Lebanon” is a very big event, yet it needs corresponding budgeting for implementation and hence the necessity for sponsors and partners. Media:
Media plays an essential role in attracting volunteers to participate in the promised day.
• Day D of “Let’s do it! Lebanon”:
All Lebanese people are involved in this national event to clean their country.
• Removal (hauling) of piled waste bags:
By the end of the cleaning D day on September 9th, and after the accumulation of waste in the collection points, waste will be transported from these points for recycling at the specialized plants. All collected waste must be removed within the following three days at maximum. All lebanese and environment enthusiasts are invited on april 21st 2013 to assist in a nationwide cleanup day. GREENOCRATIC ORGANIZATION is ready to provide information and guidance and is ready to accept all help from any willing individuals or groups or organizations. إنطلاقاً من هذا الشعار، التزم مؤسسو وأعضاء جمعية غرينوكراتيك Greenocratic Organization عدم قبول الوضع اللبناني الحالي للعمل البيئي، فكان هدفهم منذ البدء إبتكار طريقة عمل فريدة للمجتمع المدني التطوعي في لبنان.
تأسست جمعية غرينوكراتيكGreenocratic Organization ، وهي جمعية بيئية غير حكومية لا تبغي الربح، في لبنان سنة 2011، علم وخبر رقم 478 بتاريخ 26 آذار 2012.
أهم مشاريع جمعية غرينوكراتيك Greenocratic Organization هو العمل ومنذ إنطلاقتها على إطلاق إختراع وإبتكار مهم لبنانياً خاصةً وعالمياً عموماً، "الحوت الأزرق"، وهو الزورق الأول والوحيد في العالم المصمم والمصنّع خصّيصاً لتنظيف سطح البحر من النفايات.
كما أن جمعية غرينوكراتيك Greenocratic Organizationتهم بالتحضير للعديد من المشاريع المبتكرة والجديدة بنفس الحس البيئي والمتجرِّد للوصول إلى الهدف الأسمى، بيئة نظيفة وصحية في لبنان والعالم.
لذا يسرُّ جمعية غرينوكراتيك Organization Greenocratic أن تقدّم إليكم مشروعَها الثاني والذي يحمٍل عنوان يلّا لبنانLet’s do it! Lebanon . حيث أن فكرة هذا المَشروع إقتُبست من الإنجاز التاريخي الذي قامت به أستونيا سنة 2008 بعد محاولات مُضنية وبائِسة لتنظيفٍها، وذلك على مدى سنواتٍ طويلة بعد نَيلِها إستقلالَها حيث كانت تُعتبر خلال فترة الحرب الباردة مَكب الإتحاد السوفياتي.
حملة يلاَ لبنان Let’s do it! Lebanon
إرتأت الجمعية تحديد يوم 21 نيسان 2013 موعداً لتنفيذ المشروع، حيثُ سيقوم مُتطوعون من كل لبنان بعملٍ جبّار هدفُه تنظيف لبنان كلُه بيومٍ واحدٍ فقط!
ينقسم المشروع إلى 5 مراحل :
1. التحضير لمُؤتمر الإطلاق:
التواصُل مع جميع الجمعيات غير الحكومية، وجمعيات المُجتمع الأهلي، وكلّ الوزارات المعنية، وكلّ البلديات في لبنان.
2. مُؤتمر الإطلاق:
سَيتم جَمع كلّ الأفرقاء الذَين تمَ التواصُل معهُم وتقديمِهم لمشروع يلّا لبنان Let’s do it Lebanon حيث سَيَتم إعلام كلّ الأفرقاء بمسؤولياتهم، حاجاتِهم وتحضيراتِهم لليوم المَوعود.
3. التحضيرات ليوم يلاَ لبنان:
أ. التحديد الجُغرافي لمَواقع النفايات:
سَيتم تحديد كلّ النفايات المُنتشرة في الأماكِن غير القانونيةَ لها جُغرافياَ بالإستعانة ببرنامج تحديد المواقع الخاص ب Let’s Do It الَذي يُمكن تَنزيله على هواتف Android وIPhone .
سُتساعدنا خريطة النفايات اللُبنانيةَ والمُتطوعين في التخطيط لنشاِطنا والإسراع بالتنظيف.
ب. اللُوجستيات:
تِبعاً لكلّ منطقة، ولكلّ مجموَعة من المُتطوعين يجب تأمين الأعمال اللُوجستية المناسِبة، المُواصلات والإتِصال أمورٌ ضرورَية لإتمام العَمل على أكمل وجه. كذلك في نهاية يوم التَنظيف، لإزالة أكياس النفايات من أماكِن التَجميع المُحدَدة سابقًا.
ج. التسويق والإعلان:
يلاَ لبنان Let’s Do It Lebanon هو مُناسبة كبيرة للغاية، غير أنَه يحتاج لميزانية من أجل تَنفيذ المشروع ممَا يستدعي الحاجة لمُموّلين وشُركاء كثر.
د. وسائل الإعلام والحَملات الدِعائية:
تلعَب وسائِل الإعلام دوراً أساسياً في جذِب المُتطوعين اللَذين سيشاركون في اليوم الموعُود.
4. مناسبة يلّا لبنانLet’s Do It Lebanon :
كل اللُبنانيين معنيين بهذا الحَدث الوطِني لتَنظيف بَلدِهم
5. إزالة (نقل) النفايات المُكدّسة من أماكِن التَجميع:
بِدءاً من نِهاية نهار التنظيف وبعد تَكديس النفايات في نِقاط التَجميع الخاصَة بها، وفي بداية مساء 21 نيسان سَيتمّ نقِل النفايات من هذه النِقاط إلى الفرز (إن لم تٌمّ فرزَها مُسبقًا( وبعدها تُنقل لإعادة التَدوير في معامِل التدوير اللُبنانيةَ. يجب أن يتمّ إزالة جميع النفايات التَي تمَ جمعُها خلال ثلاثة أيام كحدٍّ أقصى.
