A few days after welcoming our youngest learners back for a new ECE program, our CLC in Baalbeck also kicked off a new Retention Support program! 📚✨
With renewed energy and enthusiasm, learners are back in the classroom to strengthen their skills, build confidence, and continue their learning journey in a supportive and engaging environment.

On the International Day to Protect Education from Attack, we reaffirm every child’s right to learn safely.
In Lebanon, 436 of 1,089 education facilities assessed by MEHE were affected by at least one attack, including 37 that were destroyed.
This summary highlights the impact of the escalation on education and the urgent need to protect learners, teachers, and schools.

💜 Providing essential support, one kit at a time.

337 women and girls living in three collective shelters across Beirut and Mount Lebanon received dignity kits to help meet their essential hygiene needs and support their health and well-being during displacement.

The distribution was preceded by interactive awareness sessions led by Ana Aqra Association, focusing on the importance of dignity kits and addressing common myths and misconceptions surrounding women's health.

These activities were carried out under the “SAFE SPACES, SAFE LIVES: Integrated Emergency Response for Displaced Families and Children in Beirut and Mount Lebanon AID 013508.01.9” project, which is led by CISP Sviluppo dei Popoli in partnership with Ana Aqra Association and funded by Italy through the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS).
