بيان صادر عن نقابة الوسطاء والاستشاريين العقاريين في لبنان (REAL)

في ضوء المعلومات المتداولة مؤخرًا حول نشاطات عقارية في منطقتي الحازمية وبعبدا، تودّ النقابة أن تؤكد أنها تتابع هذه المعطيات باهتمام، انطلاقًا من حرصها على سلامة السوق العقاري وحماية المصلحة العامة.

وإذ تهيب النقابة بجميع العاملين في القطاع العقاري، سواء من المنتسبين إليها أو غير المنتسبين، ضرورة التحلّي بأعلى درجات المسؤولية المهنية والأخلاقية، فإنها تشدّد على ما يلي:

-ضرورة التقيّد بالقوانين والأنظمة المرعية الإجراء، وممارسة المهنة ضمن الأطر القانونية الواضحة.
-مراعاة خصوصية المناطق وحساسياتها الاجتماعية، لا سيما في هذه الظروف الدقيقة التي تمرّ بها البلاد.
-الامتناع عن أي ممارسات قد تثير الشبهات أو تؤثر سلبًا على الاستقرار العام أو ثقة المواطنين بالسوق العقاري.

كما تدعو النقابة جميع المعنيين إلى التعاون والإبلاغ عن أي مخالفة أو تصرّف مشبوه من قبل أي وسيط أو جهة تعمل خارج الأصول المهنية والقانونية، وذلك عبر التواصل مباشرة مع النقابة لاتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة.

إن النقابة تؤكد التزامها الدائم بتنظيم المهنة، وحماية سمعتها، والعمل على ضمان الشفافية والمصداقية في جميع التعاملات العقارية.

زيارة رئيس نقابة الوسطاء والاستشاريين العقاريين في لبنان السيد وليد موسى سعادة المدير العام الدكتور محمد أبو حيدر، حيث جرى التأكيد على متابعة ما بدأناه سابقًا في مسار تنظيم مهنة الوساطة العقارية، والعمل على استكمال الخطوات العملية اللازمة لوضع هذا الإطار التنظيمي موضع التنفيذ.
وقد تناول اللقاء سُبل تعزيز التعاون بين الوزارة ونقابة الوسطاء والاستشاريين العقاريين في لبنان، بما يضمن إرساء أسس قانونية ومهنية واضحة، وحماية حقوق جميع الأطراف، وتعزيز الشفافية والثقة في السوق العقاري.

Visit of the President of REAL Mr.Walid Moussa to H.E. Director General Dr. Mohammad Abou Haidar, during which we reaffirmed the importance of following up on what we had previously initiated regarding the process of regulating the real estate brokerage profession, and working to complete the necessary practical steps to put this regulatory framework into effect.
The meeting also addressed ways to enhance cooperation between the Ministry and the Real Estate Syndicate of Lebanon, in order to establish clear legal and professional foundations, protect the rights of all parties, and strengthen transparency and confidence in the real estate market.

تجديد الثقة بوليد موسى رئيسًا لنقابة الوسطاء والاستشاريين العقاريين في لبنان

أجرت نقابة الوسطاء والاستشاريين العقاريين في لبنان يوم الأربعاء الواقع في 26 تشرين الثاني 2025 انتخاباتٍ لأربعة أعضاء عوضًا عن الذين انتهت ولايتهم، وقد تمت المصادقة على النتائج من قبل مندوب وزارة العمل السيد ماهر الغول
وفاز بالتزكية الأعضاء الأربعة الذين تقدّموا بترشيحهم ضمن المهلة الزمنية المحددة، وهم وليد موسى ، طوني لحود، باميلا الخازن، وألين خيرالله، لولاية تمتد أربع سنوات.
عقب ذلك، انتخب المجلس هيئة مكتب جديدة برئاسة وليد موسى، وجاء التشكيل على النحو الآتي:
وليد موسى: رئيسًا
هيثم الكردي: نائبًا للرئيس
جهاد أبو شقرا: أمينًا للسر
طوني لحود: أمينًا للصندوق
كما ضمّ المجلس :
السيدات رغدة أسعد، باميلا الخازن وألين خيرالله، والسيد نبيل نجّار كأعضاء مستشارين.
وفي كلمته بعد انتخابه، شكر موسى الأعضاء على تجديد الثقة، معتبرًا أن المرحلة المقبلة ستشهد جهودًا مكثّفة لمتابعة ملفات القطاع الأساسية وتوصيات المنتدى العقاري الثالث، والعمل على استكمال المسار القانوني لتنظيم مهنة الوسطاء العقاريين، وتعزيز جودة الخدمات بما يساهم في الارتقاء بالمهنة وتطويرها.
